I bought buck knifes for hunting and they always kept me satisfied. As others have noted, this one is made in china but it is of good quality. I do not know how to sharpen this knife in the future but right out of the box it is super sharp. The day before I used it, I tried to fillet several crappies with a regular kitchen knife and made a big mess. With this knife I cut out a fillet in seconds -- without any rips or torn skin.

I have always owned Buck knives for their quality ,warranty ,and being made in the good ole USA ! When I pulled this knife out of the sheath and saw "made in china " I am beyond disappointed !!!

Qualität Top Schärfe Flopp
Ich habe das Messer zusammen mit dem finnischen Martiini bestellt Buck macht gute Messer ich behalte es auch den es ist ein gutes Messer. Jedoch war es im Schärfetest verglichen mit dem Finnen quasi STUMPF ich kann damit aber leben da ich sehr gerne selber schleife und nun kann man sich damit rasieren. Sehr gutes Handling die Plastikscheide ok für den Gebrauch am Wasser geht die in Ordnung.
