Previously had 2 Zulay frothers that come with the Lifetime Warranty, and each failed. The problem with their Lifetime Warranty is that you need to pay shipping for the replacement, which is about the same cost as this Bonsenkitchen frother. So instead of repeatedly replacing the Zulay, I decided to try the Bonsenkitchen. I'm glad I did. This one is so much better. It's more powerful and the batteries last longer. In my opinion, this is the best handheld frother available. I use this 3-4 times per day and it works extremely well. I recommend buying rechargeable batteries for it. Also, I add my creamer to my mug first, then froth it, then brew my coffee into the mug. For me, it comes out perfect and no extra things to clean. Highly recommended!

I love this milk frother! I really don’t use it to froth milk though. I use it to mix my cappuccino mix into my morning coffee. It works so well. I’ve not had to replace the batteries yet and it’s used by the family as well. It’s easy to clean. I spray it with my Dawn power wash and rinse it under warm running water. I give it a couple of spins and dry it. It sits in its stand on my coffee bar. I even bought one for my daughter. She loves hers as well. I highly recommend this product.

The manufacturer/seller read my review and reached out. They kindly sent me another unit to replace the defective one and I admit I was not holding my breath. Thankfully, the new unit works as well as my original one bought back in 2020 did before it burned out. I can now have yummy frothed milk foam for my coffee and perfectly blended hot chocolate again! I would give extra stars if I could for the courtesy and integrity as well as an excellent product (so long as you don’t happen to get a lemon). Thank you!OLD REVIEW:Sadly, I waited to use my new Bonsenkitchen milk frother until my old one that was dying finally gave up the ghost. The new one seemed fine when I tested it out just turning it on when I received it, but when it came time to actually froth milk a month later, the little electric motor bogged down as soon as I put it into the milk! I put in fresh batteries in case the batteries had drained, but there was no difference. Now it’s too late to return it and I’m stuck with an essentially useless piece of plastic. I won’t be buying this brand again, what a waste of money and resources!

Pros:- it functions how it's supposed to- it's powerful- the stand holder is pretty useful and convenient to have - you don't have to sit the frother on the counterCons:- it gives metallic stain on white ceramic mug and bowl- plastic is cheaply made- the rotating rod is undetachable, which can be an issue for cleaning. Accidental splash of water on to the device might ruin it since it's not water proof.

I can’t believe I went so long without one of these! It froths milk well and quickly, and it’s easy to clean. Inexpensive and effective! I would definitely purchase again!Tip: I fill a glass about 1/4 of the way and frothing the milk will about triple the height of the milk so I use a tall glass so it doesn’t spill out when frothing, then pour it into my coffee mug.

One of the best purchases of 2020 was this little red "e-Stirrer", who knew? I juice a bunch of veggies and add supplement powders and it gets rather clumpy. Easy cleanup and comes with it's own stand for easy access.Model is strong and well made, battery life is great and power adequate. High recommend for transforming health drinks to Cafe Society entrees!
