All around great buy. The extra shafts and flights, with the case... Can't beat it.

I love these darts! I know they make more expensive darts, but for the money, you can't beat these. I did change them up a bit by putting Rost AK5 integrated flights and shafts on them. Now they are my go to dart everyday. I throw between 300 to 400 darts each day and I don't want to lay these darts down. They are that good and that fun to throw and have up my game considerably. The grip on the straight barrel is just right for me. And the point are incredible. They stick like Swiss points, but don't tear your board up. I guess it's the points design, because I really can't see much difference in the way they look compared to other points. But, wow they do the job. I bought the 25g and they are just right for me. I may try other weights out, but I will definitely buy these darts again!

These are a decent set of darts. Well worth the price. I have paid more for less recently. I won't say thier names but... one starts with C and the other V, (not impressed). Now, I'm not a fan of plastic shafts, but there is nothing wrong with them. Also the sheath that comes with these darts is just usless, thus only 4 stars. Still... the best set I've purchased on Amazon.com.

I put a set of short aluminum shafts on with Harrows carbon flights - the weight for me was perfect - and the best part: I didn't pay over a hundred dollars for something that might not work or works just as good! I took a hint from some of the positive reviews and I can tell you it helped. The barrels are excellent! good balance and gripping very comfortable to my hand. Must say if you are looking for a heavier dart for practice or competition - my money says this is the dart set for you - you get the barrels, six (6) count em - shafts medium length with the torsion spring to hold flights - the out card is a goodie - put the fights in stowage for future use (I am addicted to the flights I use - take beating and keep on flying!)Want a good weight dart try the 28gm (the one's I bought.) for the money it is really sort of a 'wow' moment. I like 'em hope you do too. My accuracy improved as well!

Great set of darts

The reviews did not lie, these darts rock. The tips are sharp and sturdy and I love the grip on the barrel, the weight feels really nice and my accuracy has definitely improved. Not a huge fan of the plastic shafts that come with them (break easily, don't feel that they hold the flights very well), but I replaced them with some of my existing sturdier aluminum shafts and have had zero issues since. Flights that came with them are solid as well. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to step up their game.

I recently got back into throwing darts after my niece and nephew were visiting over the holidays and brought their darts with them. I have always loved throwing but, I never really liked the looks of either of my two sets of tungsten darts that I bought from others when I was in a league (one set shown above). So, in an effort to find darts I really liked the looks and feel of, I went around to the only three places in town where I could try out some darts but was not successful in finding anything that was satisfactory. So, I went on line to find some new darts that have a similar grip texture to what I throw now and that is how I settled on the Red Dragon Pegasus 22g. At first, I thought they felt too "grippy" when I held them. After two days, I became accustomed to them. Still, to be sure, I also purchase another more expensive different brand and grip. After throwing those for a few days I have decided. I am returning the more expensive brand and I am buying a back up set of the Pegasus. I have heard a few players express how disappointed they were after one of their darts was damaged or lost - how they now had to abandon the whole set. So, I am feeling that for the really great price point of these, I can avoid that. Also, it's like insurance in case these ever go out of production. So, I now have a set of darts that I'm throwing better than ever and I love how they look. I am completely satisfied.

To compensate for the nice tungsten steal barrels Red Dragon has compensated with cheap low quality flights/shafts. The shafts are made of cheap plastic and break easily. I have barely played with these darts a dozen times and already 4 of the shafts have broken. The flights are also very flimsy and fly off on contact with the dart board all the time. It is incredibly annoying to have to reattach the flights constantly. I would give these darts a 0 out of 5 if I could. You can buy much cheaper darts on Amazon and they will not break as easily and actually be playable.
