I need to take enzymes because of deficiencies in my digestion. I've tried many and for a while the Garden of Life brand was my brand. Thankfully, my old brand was out and I needed to try a new enzyme and I picked this one, the Life Extension Enhanced Super Digestive Enzymes & Probiotics. Note: I wrote that out just in case the review is included with the brand in general and not this specific product. I don't know much about any of their other products, but this one is really effective for me. If I eat just about anything other than a carrot my stomach hurts. When I take enzymes, it doesn't. I ran out of this brand the other day and had some of my Garden of Life enzymes in my cabinet. I can honestly say that what I previously thought was effective, wasn't so much. My stomach was annoyed, and all I had was oatmeal with some fruit added. I didn't quite realize the effective relief I was getting from these Life Extension enzymes & probiotics. I will keep buying and using these, and really hope their business model is strong and they remain available for a long time. I'm not intentionally trying to write a book with this review, but just as real world example of the effectiveness of this product, I order a pizza last night. The pepperoni, pineapple, jalapeños, stuffed crust, cheese etc., didn't effect my night at all; no stomach issues. I ate two of these enzyme capsules before having the pizza. Without enzymes, I'd have pain and bloating within a few hours. For the record, I don't eat that every night, but when my family and I want pizza, enzymes help! These help when I have waffles, potato salad, teriyaki chicken, pho, a sandwich, etc. I'd include a photo, but I'm sure everyone can just see what the bottle looks like from the picture of the product. I'm not sticking scope in my tummy to prove a point either! They work!

This is a great probiotic! If you are looking for one this is a great one to ad to your daily routine

These digestive enzymes help me eat things I normally wouldn’t be able to. I’m sensitive to preservatives and gluten and these help with the following 24 hours after that meal/time I took the digestive enzymes.

Me and my son are extremely satisfied with this item. It is gentle and doesn't cause any side effects. He is sports guy with heavy daily body workout and eats quality food and I am very active person, so we found this as a great boost in our daily diet. Pretty much all our supplements are from this company and we are super happy with them.

Life Extension Super Digestive Enzymes working very good!

My stomach actually requires an enzyme before I eat. This is the best enzyme and probiotic mixture I have found.

Unfortunately, I couldn't try this product because it contains gluten. But, I gave it three stars because I've tried other products from this brand and was satisfied with them and also the ingredients listed seem good.

I tried this product without knowing if it would work, but needed a solution to my growing inability to digest beans, broccoli, cauliflower and onions. I was thrilled to discover that this wonderful Life Extension product makes me feel as though I am young again and can digest anything. I only take one capsule before a troublesome meal, and I am serene afterwards. I will definitely order more.

A bit expensive but best I've found so far. I ordered more. It also helps digesting dairy. Digestion has improved.
