Great for anytime you want real dairy flavor but don’t have milk
This powder taste like real cream and I am picky! I took this with me to blend into coffee during a trip to Italy. We mostly made coffee in our hotel/apartments that we stayed at and it was great to have real cream for our coffee. So much more convenient than having to find a market to buy milk. The powder also doesn’t go bad, even when left in a black car many days in hot weather. This cream powder tastes so much better than the Coffee mate powder. It is better liquified and then added to coffee than putting it in directly as it takes a little stirring to blend it and you don’t want to spill your coffee. It also worked great for making my son’s Mac and cheese without having milk at hand. My son is a picky eater and he liked it as much as when I made it with real milk. I probably won’t buy milk again but instead will just use this wonderful product.

Tastes the best out of all the powdered heavy cream!
I drink tea lattes and Dandy Blend (delicious btw) every day. I can't buy fresh cream and I love the convenience of powdered heavy cream. Unfortunately a lot of the heavy powder creams have a weird aftertaste that is hard to describe, like chemically and kind of gross. I've tried Hoosier Heavy Cream Powder and was disappointed - really weird and strong aftertaste. Next was Judee's Heavy Cream Powder - less of a weird aftertaste but it's still there - ruined my flan and family refused to eat them. After trying Kate's Naturals, I'm a convert! That weird taste is imperceptible and it tastes the most like fresh cream! And the best part is that it says it can be whipped!! I think it's due to the fact that this one doesn't have some of the fillers of the other heavy powdered creams allows it to be whippable? I haven't tried it yet but if so, I won't have to buy the liquid heavy creams for baked goods and can have whipped cream whenever we need it! I hope they always make this product!!

Really enhances coffee!
I like the product a lot and heavy cream powder is now a staple. The flavor is great and works well in coffee. It is perfect for travelling or work and no waste. The only issue I had with this particular brand was I had a very long time to wait after purchase before it arrived. I noticed it is not currently available on Amazon so I had to go with another brand.

Excellent Keto cream
Best powdered heavy cream for keto diet. Easy to keep some in baggie in purse for on the go. Mix with a little hot water first in slurry to prevent lumps.

Not the best tasting, but better than nothing
I never made milk according to the directions. I used it as coffee creamer. It didn't dissolve thoroughly and remained separated from the coffee. It didn't have a nice clean flavor, but had a funny taste. It might've been different if I had mixed it with water.

Not water soluble
I wanted this work so much, but it didn't i could not get it to mix in to my coffee or water. It just would not disolve into it no matter how much i stirred or how long i waited. It tasted burnt too. It also left a greasy film on the spoon i tried to stir it with. The instructions say for heavy cream consistency, leave in fridge over night. So do i have to make a large bottle ahead of time. That's not what i was looking for. I just wanted a back up creamer to my usual liquid one in case i ran out and couldn't get to the store. This is not it. Sorry, i tried.

You do YOU - This is EXACTLY what I wanted
Please - you do you. But as for me and my tastes, this is exactly what I wanted.I wish I could drink my coffee black. But since childhood (and me stealing sips of coffee from my parents cups) I have to have cream in my coffee like they did. No pretend dry plastic coffee mates for me. No liquid pretend coffee milks with stuff in it I can't define without a dictionary.I've purchased organic and grass-fed liquid half and half and creams to go into my coffee but oftentimes before I can get through the carton, the milk had soured. I'm not mad at the milk - it lets me know the milk is milk. It's fresh and then it's not fresh and then it goes off. Just the way fresh milk should act. I understand! Now, I've discovered Kate Naturals Heavy Cream Powder. The cream in the product is real cream - just dried. Some folks complain about the creamer clumping up when adding to hot or cold liquids. That's true. But I simply put the creamer in BEFORE filling up my cup of coffee. Then I have my mini whisk at hand to give it a merry-go-round (beat it like hell) in a cup or glass and then fill the remaining cup or glass with hot coffee or whatever. In my long life I've learned there never is going to be a perfect world.Enjoying Kate Naturals Heavy Cream Powder in my coffee is not a perfect world (real fresh dairy would accomplish that) but I make the best of a non-perfect world since I don't own a cow.Coffee 'time' is a special 'time' and in some ways - I treat it the way my European friends do - they make and drink coffee as a special time to relax (Moka Pot, French Press). Now it's just me enjoying a cup of coffee using my Kate Naturals Heavy Creamer whenever my organic grass-fed milk curdles.

Can’t drink my coffee without it!
Not only can I create my own creamer as I tend to prefer a consistency between half & half and heavy whipping cream; this dry powder formula is the only brand I’ve used successfully for making whipped cream topping.Tastes great and blends much easier than other formulations. A lot of other brands take forever to mix correctly, and even if using almost blowing water still never completely reconstitutes. There are often sticky clumps of undissolved powder. Ick.This brand avoids the aforementioned pitfalls by its light and airy blend. Blends easy, even in very cold water.
