Good cover, could be even better. Not for smaller hands though.
I was apprehensive about the shape of the steering cover. While my apprehensions were not fully allayed when I first saw the cover, after using it for a while, I am quite okay with it.The positives: Made in USA; feels durable; the biggest: no stink whatsoever. It fit quite easily, in fact so easily that I am worried it might become loose soon, like our last steering cover; soft to touch - am hoping it makes things less stressful in the miserable LA traffic. The in-between leather (or leather like material in the troughs) feels wonderful to touch, hats off to the quality. I wish they sold covers with only that material.Cons: The netted fabric section seems to catch stuff. It was my nail's edge a couple of times and that in turn made me a little skeptical of its longevity especially since the fabric covers a majority of the cover. The cover might be a bit bulky for those with smaller hands (not Mr.Trump but the wife). She already expressed some displeasure at the thickness gained on the steering wheel.I am dinging one star for the product for:1. It's unusual thickness (though soft)2. The fabric quality and its potential for not lasting long. The air freshener is a nice touch, though, I didn't notice the aroma after initial setup. But hey, at least it doesn't stink!

It also looks kind of cool. As a note
My hands were starting to really hurt driving my 2004 Volvo 2 hours a day. I bought this thinking it would solve that. It definitely solved the aching that I was having in my hands, but if I were to buy another one I would try one that is some sort of gel style one that goes around the whole wheel and has a bit less diameter to it. I have extra large hands and even I find it a little thick at the cushioned parts. I choose to switch between holding the cushioned part and the gaps where it's just fake leather and no cushion because of how thick it is. This does allow a certain extra grippiness which I think it actually needs. It also looks kind of cool.As a note, I tried putting it on my 2010 Ford Fusion and because of the ergonomic form of that wheel it did not work. While I could put it on, it was WAY too thick at certain points to be gripped comfortably. That being said, I feel like it's the Fusion's wheel that is wrong. I'm not sure what wheel cover will work on my Fusion because of how thick it is in some places. Finally: It is, as advertised, oderless. The little america smelly-thing is a nice extra.

Helped with achy hands during long drives
I gave myself plenty of months to use this wheel cover before writing this review. I wanted to make sure it worked.I have tendonitis and it hurts my hands to drive for any length of time. Normally I wear some hand wraps under driving gloves, which helps, but it's not always the best solution. Especially if I want to eat!It took my hands quite a long time to get used to holding something thicker than the steering wheel without a cover. I really like how it feels on my hands, but they did ache after being held in a different position.I don't do a lot of driving, however from time to time I will take a long distance trip. I finally took one after my hands got used to the cover and they didn't ache as much during and after the drive as they had on the same drive before I got this cover. So, the cover did do what I was hoping it wouldI've not yet used it during really hot weather, but I didn't need to wear my gloves when it was cold in the FJ, compared to how I usually would have without the cover. Although at freezing temperatures you do want your gloves. I do plan to get one for our Tundra - if it'll fit. I've not yet measured the steering wheel to double check.

Decent and cheap solution for a painful problem
Issue on hand: My fingers get unbearably cold touching the wheel and hurt real bad on very cold winter days, till the car warms up.I was looking for a solution which would make touching the wheel bearable for the first 10/15 minutes till the car warms up, if not warm right away. I looked at several possible solutions including installing after market heated steering wheel (I couldn't find any and even if it existed I am sure it would cost several 100s of dollars), heated wheel cover (wires stick out plus batteries would need constant recharging; also not sure how long the batteries would hold charge after a few years), and then this one which is basically a cover. I decided to try out the cover, waited to see some cold winter days before I wrote a review. This cover keeps the wheel bearably cold on regular winter days to the extent that I don't even realize that I am touching something 'cold'. On real cold days (it was -24F with windchill for us here last week), I found the cover doing a decent job. The cover made touching the wheel bearable in that weather as long as i touched it on the puffy part.

LOVE LOVE LOVE
Okay where to begin on my RAVES for this product...LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!! Shipping was fast, packaging was superb (not to mention the air freshener smells great so makes for great smell when opening versus the usual chemical smell from products made in China lol) Material quality is superb! Placement of each section gives just right amount of space to grab when turning or just want a better grip so keeps hand from slipping. Very comfy padding. (no real hot or cold weather yet so have to update on that when do but have a feeling I wont be disappointed). AND for the price it is a VERY fair even dare I say under priced product...I already told my dad ordering him one cuz he drove other day and commented on it! ONLY thing I would do different (and this is due to my OCD nature) look for where stitching is in material to put at bottom of steering wheel, I didnt notice till already on (and tho it was not TOO difficult to put on it is as you will read tough (but there are also a few great helpful tips to make easier (I'm just impatient so haha)...think I covered everything...if not it would be a positive, nothing negative to say about this product! THANK YOU :)
