Genteal nighttime ointment is the only brand that actually lasts all night for me. And it doesn't burn like Systane or soothe. also, my vision clears and stays less blurry than with other brands. it is expensive, but worth it.

Great Eye Ointment
Bought this because I have having eye twitching from my CPAP. I tried a bunch of different things and saw a post about using this fixed it for someone. My eye hasn't twitched at all since I started using it, very happy!
