when we opened the box there were a few pictures but all the instructions were in other languages... In one place it said to scan QR code, so we did but it offered the some sort of AI that this old lady cannot understand... I finally did find something to scan that downloaded instructions.. but.. there are 47 pages and it's confusing.. Update.... Slept on it.. ugh... Okay, we decided to given them a try... Since we already had headphones off another brand we just plugged out called into this transmitter.. turned on headphones and they paired automatically.. easy . The sound is great, crisp. We set the audio on fixed as we had better volume.. and they are really nice headphones. Lil black button on them that goes between 'balanced' & 'clear voice'.. bc they have performed so well I updated & upgraded to 5 stars.. but you do need to put English instructions in the printed materials with the other 8 or 9 languages...

While watching TV, have you ever become frustratingly annoyed to hear your husband or wife demandingly inquire at the most pivotal and strategic moment of the movie “What did they say? … what did they say?” Of course you have, especially, if you are over 60 years old and one or both of you have experienced some level of hearing loss! This is so frustrating for both parties and neither are to blame, but neither will be able to enjoy the movie or TV Show. I know and speak from experience with this exact problem. Even with a hearing aid, I sometimes could not hear the words coming from the TV speakers with clarity. So, I would find my self saying those four horribly frustrating words to my wife, time and time again, to the point it drastically affected and negatively impacted our TV watching together. Without thinking, I would instinctively increase the volume trying to hear the words without success, but doing a great job at blowing the doors off the neighbors house two blocks down the street with my volume. Further realizing, that when I watched TV by myself, my inexpensive Amazon wireless headphones allowed me to hear each word substantially better and I could regulate the volume as needed without interfering or affecting anyone one else. So, assuming I could find a pair of headphones that both my wife and I could wear that would allow us to watch and hear the same program at the same time, yet, still have independent controls, that could / would resolve this particular problem allowing us to enjoy watching TV and movies together again. After several hours of Internet research, and the visiting of multiple electronic stores, therein, inquiring from their Tech Specialist as to the best possible makes and brands producing this type product, Eureka, I found it! The Avantree HT41899 - Dual Bluetooth Wireless Headsets. I ordered the headsets hoping they would provide the needed resolution to my four word problem as noted above … and with great satisfaction, I share with you today … that it did exactly what I / we needed it to do! We are now able to enjoy together whatever media comes through our TV, like Movies, TV Programs, music, DVD’s, etc. It is simple to hook-up … there is a wire that you plug one end of into the earphone jack of your TV, and the other end into a small transmitter that will then, send a wireless signal to both headsets at the same time so you both can hear much more clearly, while each can still control your individual volume directly on the headset (with a volume control button). It simple, it works, it’s awesome! For those of you whom have the newest top of the line integrated TV Systems, yes, the devise has several additional ways to attach and install the devise to your TV, Sound Bar and or Audio System. Most everything you will need for a standard set-up comes packed with the devise. My wife and I have now been using and enjoying the Avantree Dual Wireless Headphone System for over a year with no problems, no hiccups, and most importantly, my wife enjoys watching TV with me again, because I do not have to constantly ask … those four frustrating words any longer! Being able to hear is a wonderful thing … Good Luck!

Easy installation... Comfortable Headphones to wear ...with Crisp Quality Sound. On/off switch and Volume Control on Headphones- Excellent. But other reviews are right -when they complain that the overall volume is NOT LOUD ENOUGH. These would be frustrating for anyone with a hearing impairment or hearing aids!

I started having problems with my Sennheiser HR 120 headsets with interference so I figured it was time for me to do a Bluetooth setup with my Smart TV. I wasn't expecting the sound quality to match the Sennheiser but boy was I wrong. It is better than the Sennheiser, and the headphones are more comfortable as well and don't fall off of my head when I bend over. Sound quality is actually better as well and it does not suffer from dropout like the other set did. One thing that was not advertised is that these headphones actually have two equalizer presets in them neutral and voice. The neutral setting is actually really good because the voice quality is there and the lows might be slightly emphasized but it doesn't sound excessively amplified. I originally chose to try these because this is the only set that I could find that was Bluetooth and two headsets. I need two headsets because my wife and I like to watch TV in the evenings together but not keep our kids up with the TV volume on. Also, I have a moderate to severe hearing loss and these can get uncomfortably loud even for me and still not distort much. I had not heard of this company before but I definitely will have no problems buying from them again in the future if I need headsets or if I know of someone looking for headsets to connect to their TV.

The sound quality and clarity are excellent. They are comfortable to wear, and the battery life lasts for hours on a full charge. I also find them to be durable and easy to connect. This is my first Avantree purchase, and I am very impressed and satisfied with the product.

Got these for my mom a few months ago and she uses them every day now. She has some hearing loss so she used to have the TV volume way up. These solved that problem completely. Setup was straightforward - just plugged the transmitter into the TV and the headphones paired right away. She figured out how to use them pretty quickly which is saying something since she's not usually great with tech stuff. What she really likes is that each headset has its own volume control so she can adjust it exactly how she needs it. The sound quality is good enough for watching shows and movies. Battery life is impressive too - they last for days of regular use before needing a charge. The fact that it comes with two headsets has been perfect because she just switches from one to the other when one needs to be recharged. That way she's never stuck waiting for them to charge up before she can watch her shows. Smart setup. They're comfortable enough to wear for a few hours at a time according to her. She can even walk to the kitchen during commercials without losing connection which she appreciates. Only minor thing is after wearing them for really long periods they can get a bit uncomfortable on the ears, but that's pretty normal for over-ear headphones. Overall these have been great for our situation. Mom's happy she can hear everything clearly now and the rest of us don't have to deal with the TV blasting anymore. Good value for what you get.
