When you search Amazon for a medical tag you were going to find as many as there are grains of sand on the beach. This one stood out to me, and I thought it was a bit of a price compared to many of the others, but something told me to buy it anyway. I’m very glad I did.I’m taking a picture of it at a very shallow angle so that you can see how this tag is actually like 3-D. You can feel the raised letters and symbols and they aren’t going anywhere. It is very thick and well-made. I’m actually pretty surprised at it for the money. Definitely well spent.My only issue was putting the strap around the tag and the handle of my bag. The first thing I found out is I put the strap on upside down, so you want the bumps facing down to start. And then I realized that it faced inward and not outward. So I had to take it apart and rotate it 180° And remember to keep the bumps down when I reassembled it. It will face the direction that you put it in and not flip around like some other tags well. Everything is very well made, and I am pretty surprised actually. I thought the Red looked a lot more official and stood out more than the blue wood, but if you have a red bag, maybe a blue tag will be better. I have a black bag so Red works with me. Very happy.

Works great for using at the airport. Definitely a must have.

Anytime I travel, I make sure all my medical equipment is labeled and locked up. This tag helps when traveling by air, you can carry all your medical supplies onto the aircraft with you when labeled medical supplies per the FAA

Is made if heavy rubber but I think the tag may eventually tear but since I'm carrying on my cpap case it should be fine. The ID card/plastic covering fit very very tight in the slot, I had to take them out to write on the ID card and not sure I'll be able to get them back in...may have to trim them a bit.

My old tag was faded and coming apart, so this did a great job of identifying my CPAP machine. Even on several international flights, there was never any problem going through security.
