Venture Heated Clothing KB-1250 MAX Black Max F.I.R. Heat Therapy at Home Neck with Shoulder Brace

It performs as advertised, however if you are a regular or large size man ( I am 6' , 215 lbs.) the "Venture Heated Clothing KB-1250 MAX" is just big enough to barely cover your shoulders and upper back. A Larger size XL or XXL is needed for most athletes and men 5'10" and above. But it does work well despite the lack of full coverage. It is perfect and ideal size for most women as reported by my own lady.

This product is very well made, very high quality, but the heat/infrared emitted is not enough. I have an old hand-held infrared that has a small surface coverage of about 2" by 4" and I can get pain relief ranging from five to fifteen minutes of use. With this Venture, I've worn it for over an hour and a half and only got maybe half the pain relief I got in the five to fifteen minutes from the old hand-held, and the relief from the hand-held would last for hours if not for the whole day, and the pain relief from the Venture did not last nearly as long as the pain relief lasted from the hand held. In fact, any relief seemed to fade out as soon as I took it off. I bought the shoulder pad, the low back pad and the upper back/shoulder pad all at once. I researched many other brands and was skeptical, but concluded that the Venture was the best of the bunch and decided that I needed to trust and give it a try. I'm out about $350.00 but did learn not to trust in these kind of products again, so once again, education is never free.

NO RETURNS ACCEPTED! Last review was posted after my purchase date or I would have never purchased this item. Nice concept, poor execution - ease of use is not a strong point and the neck fit for a medium size women is totally ineffective. Definitely not an item to be purchased online. Looking for a resolution and sent an email to The VentureHeat service department, but the posted policy states the following:Returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition in the original manufacturer’s packaging.My question is - how does one know if the product is beneficial if it cannot be used?Based on this experience, I would love to see Amazon post in plain sight a note that warns the buyer when a product is not returnable. I will definitely change the way I buy things on Amazon. I fall into the category of rarely reviewing items. Either they have to totally wow me, or be a major disappointment. Enough said.

I have chronic pain issues from discs pressing on nerves. This product is a lifeline, especially in winter. I used to have to sleep with aTherma Care patch on the back of my neck every night, but now I use this for several hours before bed and don't even think about needingthe patches. That saves so much money, the item has already more than paid for itself. Also, research shows that infra red heat actuallyheals damaged tissue. Pain relief is excellent. Highly recommend this product. Also, the order never arrived in the mail, I called the company, and they sent another item free of charge, no questions asked ! Excellent, drug-free solution and great customer service.

The heat gets deeper and won't make you sweat the way a microwave heat pillow does. Good for neck, back, ribs and shoulder.Ventureheat was very helpful in troubleshooting and shipping out a replacement component free of charge (honoring the 1 year warranty).

I would give this zero stars if I could. Only gets hot towards the top and even then not enough. I am a 5'6" girl and it does not go very far down the back and does not fit very well overall. The main issue is the lack of heat, I have other similar products that deliver plenty of heat and this product is basically unusable.

it doesnt even get hot and they wont let you return it do not buy this thing because they will not let you return it they same its unreturnable and contact the manufaturer

Having recived mine today I am dissapointed. I usally buy Thermacare Neck and Shoulders heat pads and thought this might save me money in the long run. To say it is assembeled in China it is way to expensive for what it is. I unpacked it followed the instructions for pluging it in, I then put it on and switched on. The lights on the controller were all flashing and it did not seem as if it was working properley, After 30 Mins it seemed to work and I had to put it on high heat to feel it working. The warnning instructions do not mention if you should wear over Clothes o not. for the price I would expect more from a prouduct

Extremely disappointed that when ordering there is NO mention of needing a plug adapter to convert the 2 pin to the UK 3 pin. Would have been immensely helpful when placing the order to have a “pop up” message to advise that all purchases need a UK plug adapter !

I had an ACDF & my shoulder re-built - I was hoping this would be better than the wheat germ bag I used - it wasn't. Uncomfortable, not very warm (I was better off with a scarf!) and rather disappointing.

Thought it was quite a lot of money, but boy does it do what it says on the packet. Great for those stiff necks, shoulder aches and pains.

Really helps my shoulder pain
