Doctor Who: Light-Up Weeping Angel and Illustrated Book (RP Minis)

this is much nicer - better detail, heavier, more defintion - than the other miniatures in the series; it would have been improved if the switch was on top of the base; even more it it had a timer; and more if it had a random strobe function to really give a " there's something malign I can see only from the corner of my eye" effect; and that would be even better if it had a GITD coating so it left a momentary after image; and a transparent arm that moved the two sided figure and changed its expression of from arms up face covered to arms spread fangs and claws out before the strobe activated. But I am happy with what I have. A glob of FunTak and it makes it a good computer monitor (it is smaller than the other Dr Who monitor mates, but then again none of figures are to any consistent scale (obviously,unless they are from the same manufacturer and state a scale).

This was a gift for my 10 year old niece, but she was so excited to receive it. She is a Doctor Who fan (as am I) and I thought it was cool that it not only comes with the light up angel but also the little book. The only drawback is that it is much tinier than I anticipated, but I was still not disappointed. She loved it!

Pay attention to the dimensions in the description! It is miniature. Don't expect anything bigger than what would fit in a tiny box. Otherwise, it is exactly as described and a cute stocking stuffer for a Dr Who fan.

Very fragile item, had to send one back as wing broke off. Second one came with tips of fingers broken off but at that point I figured what the heck I'll just claim the Doctor did it.

This weeping angel is awesome and amazingly creepy. It is very small but the little light illuminates the face wonderfully and creates a shadow of the head and raised arms on the ceiling. For the price it is definitely worth adding to your dr who collection!

I knew before I purchased that this was a tiny set so wasn't at all surprised when it turned up. My wife absolutely loves it. Make sure you check the dimensions first so you're not going to be disappointed.

Thought it would just be a novelty, but is actually quite a tidy little statue. The statue material is slightly flexible, so if you push the hands upwards, they return to their original position quite slowly. In a rather menacing way.

This would have been the perfect gift if it hadn't been damaged. Didn't return, damage was only noticed Christmas day when opened.

The media could not be loaded.  L'angelo, arriva già con le batterie al suo interno , ha le braccia di plastica morbida, la luce lo illumina in modo molto bello, unica pecca forse, sta nel fatto che la scritta don't blink sia praticamente invisibile al buio, sarebbe stato molto bello se fosse stata glow in the dark, ma per il prezzo che costa forse è chiedere troppo
