Shorter than the other models
I should have gotten one of the other styles. The guide style does cover as much of the wrist.I use these for compression which provides pain relief. So, I need the longer length up the wrist.

Great gloves but the palms don't breathe, and retain water
I really like these gloves; the fit and finish seem very good. They look great. The major issue, and why I can't go five stars, is that the palm material does not breathe and it will also retain water. If you're just fishing on a charter and someone else is handling the catch, etc. then great, or if you're just wearing them for sun protection on the beach or boat, also great. However, if you're getting them wet at all, you won't want to wear them more than probably an hour because your palms will completely prune up. Additionally, even in direct sun, they take a while to dry, so if you get them wet on the way from ship to shore for an island day, well, now you're stuck with wet gloves that aren't going to dry.

We Love Our Fish Monkey Gloves
My boyfriend and I are both on our second pair. We fish a lot and were coming into our fourth season with our other Fish Monkey gloves. They were still holding up pretty well but were showing some wear. They also start to lose some of the grip after so many washes. It's to be expected over time. We decided to order new ones. The quality is consistent with what we expected to find with this brand. There are others out there but I'm glad we stuck with Fish Monkey.

I got new rain gear and my fishing partner said my gloves didn’t match. Well I love my gloves so I ordered another pair to match my jacket!

Gloves fit super good. Wouldnt want any smaller. Large is good for my hand size. Still gotta get out on the water yet I’m happy with this product. Came faster then expected.
