This is a nicely put together compendium of what the illustrious Michael Edwards considers some of the most important fragrances. With pictures and informative facts, this book treats the perfume lover with hours of enjoyment. A beautiful book, it is lovely sitting out as well.

This painstaking effort to research the history of perfume was done in an excellent manner. So glad I own this fabulous book in hardcover.
