Very helpful with therapy!
Got one of these for my hand therapy recommended by my therapist. So glad I did. It works great. Love the heating element with the 2 level vibration. Keeps a charge for quite some time. Size is great to work with for controlling the amount of pressure I apply.

Small but Mighty
About three weeks into OT after wrist surgery, I started experiencing intense sensitivity around my surgical scar. I mentioned it to my amazing occupational therapist and she recommended this little vibrating ball. Total game changer. She explained that the nerve endings likely needed to be “retrained” due to damage from the injury and surgery. I was skeptical—until she used one on the area and, within minutes, could touch the spot without me flinching. I ordered this one that same day.Even though I’ve completed OT, I still use this ball when sensitivity flares up or if I have mild discomfort from activity. It’s easy to use, effective, and surprisingly soothing.Bonus: the battery life is solid. It lasts a while, and when it runs low, it powers off (repeatedly) until recharged. Then it’s right back to buzzing like that little pink bunny.Highly recommend for anyone recovering from surgery or dealing with nerve sensitivity.

Nice item for physical therapy work
Recommended by my physical therapist for my hand. Two levels of vibration. Small enough to make a big impression. Able to utilize in various therapies. Charge lasts long. Soft on scar.

Wonderful. I’ll take two!
I used this at physical therapy for my wrist and I love it. I loved it so much. I bought one for myself and then I bought another one for my chiropractor. It sends a vibration through whatever part of the body you’re holding it in. It helped get rid of the pain in my wrist, almost instantly, which was amazing. It has two settings of vibration, but they are so similar That’s hard to tell the difference.

Smaller than expected
I like the vibrations on my neck!! It feels really great on my still neck muscle! BUT, there are no CLEAR instructions on where to find the on/off button and no way to put the plug back in the charging hole. It took forever to find the on/off button and charge plug because they are the same color as the ball; neither were clearly marked. I got it charged but NOW I can't get it closed back up.

Easy to Use Therapy
The media could not be loaded. I am recovering from a broken wrist and just starting Occupational therapy. Not only is my wrist, tendons and muscles tight, but the arthritis stiffness in my hand has intensified. The therapist suggested I might try a vibration ball. This is simple to use. I prefer the low vibration level. I can rotate it in my hand, roll it on my wrist and arm, and have even used it on my tired feet, at the end of the day.It comes with a charging cord. The plug for it is opposite the on/off button. It is not obvious where to plug it in and I hesitated at first because I didn't want to poke a hole in the ball. But, it's there.I am finding that the massage ball does help to loosen things up.
