It looks pretty and well manufactured but it is does not help with back, or knees. It is very uncomfortable and too high for me..My legs were numb in 30 minutes and I use to meditate more than one hour...I returned it.

I'm a long term sufferer of back and neck pain so thought this was worth trying out. It's really helped me to be more comfortable when relaxing and meditating, but also when I'm sitting on the floor watching TV! Recommended product.

I can highly recommend this pillow.I used to get back pain during meditation but since using this pillow I feel way more comfortable & can focus completely on my meditation.A great product!

Pessimo prodotto appena ricevuto ho aperto la confezione , aperta la cerniera ho visto che il materiale interno e di pessima qualita,tutto sintetico e la fodera che lo contiene COMPLETAMENTE rotta ho immediatamente provveduto alla restituzione .ne sconsiglio l'acquisto.

Le coussin permet de rester un long moment en méditation car très confortable. Mais un détail important: la housse blanche à l'intérieur est hyper fragile et j'ai reçu le mien avec un trou..... trop fragile! Dommage. Il est préférable de choisir un zafu rempli de sarazin ou d'épautre.
