Sometimes they help, other times they don't. This may have absolutely nothing to do with the product and more with me personally. On the positive side, unlike other products I've read reviews on, these do NOT slip. They stay firmly in place.

I love this product! I have purchased several to rotate through. I haven't yet worn them with sandals, but they could be. Easy to care for. Best prices on amazon.

Pro is better than the original. The pro can be used for several months without replacing. The original easy breaks down with minimal use.

Way too loose...for my foot. Had to take to my sewing machine and take tucks. Not the greatest quality for,the cost. Would not reorder.

I have a badly broken right foot that hurts terribly when I walk. Was treated for a sprained ankle and now the bones have fused together in bad ways. I could never walk before without some kind of support without shoes. These work well to give support and cushion both feet. I also have arthritis in my feet. I can walk a lot further with these on.
