First, the pillow itself. I've tried a number of travel pillows and this is the only one that is the right size behind my neck. It's smaller back there - you can see how the back is 'pinched' a bit in the picture - so it doesn't push my head forward too much. This one feels right, even when the chair isn't fully reclined.I can also vouch for the seller's customer service. I had a minor problem with my pillow after the first few trips with it. They responded to my email the same day, resolved my issue right away, and were very nice to work with. Thanks!

Uncomfortable

I really wanted to like this travel pillow; it had a unique design and great reviews. But after trying it on it felt like my head was pushed forward too much making it very uncomfortable. I don’t know if it is the way it is designed or if the memory foam was too firm. I found another travel pillow from The Sharper Image that was almost identical to this one but was much more comfortable to wear. It was also only $9.99 as opposed to $28.95. Also, I was not too happy with the $7.02 return shipping fee. I guess it was in the description and I missed it but that is on me. I guess I was used to always having free returns on Amazon Prime purchases.

Everything about this pillow was perfect except the memory foam was too firm for my personal preference. The fabric for the cover is very soft and easily removed for washing. The foam insert is odor free. The strap to attach to luggage is very handy for hands free travel at the airport. I wanted to love this pillow as it had all the features I was looking for. I returned the product due to the firm memory foam. If this was offered with a softer foam I would repurchase. The pillow does have a great warranty.

The Wollip Travel Pillow is high quality and holds its shape upon usage. I debated on purchasing the Wollip or a blow-up travel version for ease of storage, but found that the Wollip fit nicely in a small net bag that I can carry on the outside of my backpack or within. Not only do I use for travel, but at home when resting. It firmly supports my head, neck, and keeps me from leaning overly toward one side of the other. A quality purchase. Joe McNary
