good product but too big for me to swallow.

This is very helpful when I have cramps in my legs & feet

Erm well, I wondered who could have reviewed this product but said nothing so I am breaking the mould.I have used only this brand for some time now. The reason I started to take two tabs daily was because I have a prolapsed disc at L5 S1, which gave me the usual nerve pain and damage, causing tons of problems with muscle spasms in both legs. I also experienced restless leg syndrome.I looked on YouTube and one of the real physios recommended magnesium for these problems also a cardiologist said he recommended magnesium for a healthy heart to all his patients friends and family as a matter of course. He is real, he practises at a major hospital in London.So as I already use Healthspan products, I trust them to be 100% quality.After some weeks of using the magnesium, the spasms stopped have not reoccurred, the restless leg is restless no more together with Healthspan opti turmeric, I take no other pain killers at all but have Naproxen on hand if my pain gets bad, otherwise I self manage the resulting life long issue with the disc prolapsed.After 3 years yes, 3 years I can say I am content to continue without the alternative surgery to remove the offending disc I hope it remains manageable, with these aids plus lots of walking and carry on as usual but remaining aware of the disc issue.I can only speak as I find my regime may not be for all, but I do have a higher tolerance to pain than most it is the second time I have prolapsed a disc, I did L4 some years back but recovered comp,etely after a few years so I do have experience in self managing this type of injury.I am very confident the Healthspsn products have helped me to cope in the first place, and then live with it since then.
