I was looking for the Braggs brand of apple cider Vinager, they happen to be out of stock nbut a nice gentlemen in Spouts asked if i have tried Zhou Nutrition Apple Cider Vinegar Gummies with The Mother I said no, he said it has the same stuff beu has less sugar and taste better, then be asked if I wanted to sample. I tried it thinking it was going to taste awful, to my suprise they taste EXCELLENT! They were cheaper than the Bragg brand so I purchased a bottle. I finished my bottle in 30 days and looked on Amazon and there were $3.00 cheaper. The benifits of taking this is supplement is endless, from aiding weight loss, reducing cholesterol, lowering blood sugar levels and improving the symptoms of diabetes .

Harvest apple is what flavor mine came in as there was not a choice. I love the flavor! They were affordable and I have always battled with irregularity. I don’t know if it helps with this but I do see a mild shift in regularity for the better.
