I’m really sold on liposomal delivery for water soluble vitamin C. It’s proven to actually get the ascorbic acid into your system, as opposed to other (and much cheaper) delivery methods (oral pills, chews, liquids), where it’s likely maybe only 10% of the C makes it through the gauntlet of your digestive system.I’ve been taking it for a year and have had NO colds, 3-day flus, or sore throats whatsoever.
