Strong, heavy quality, but smelly
Perfect for bags, but after i washed it still has bad smell. Not the end of the world but i can still smell it.

This is a little heavy for a garden curtain but will last a long time
We needed to replace our striped deckchair-style canvas patio curtain and chose this as much for the bright green as for the heavier gauge material. Having bought plastic rings for the top and 'lead' weights for the bottom, I cut the material to length and used carpet adhesive for the top and bottom hems. The rings held the top seam in place but the bottom hem needed an additional thread to keep everything together. The finished curtain was coated with a wax spray to extend its life and looks good, albeit a little heavier (less flexible) that would be ideal.

Great quality but fabric marked
The bag inside the box was ripped open. Made me think the product had been previously returned. On unfolding I could see why, there was a stain on the fabric. Fortunately I was able to work around it but had I been making regular shapes like cushions I would have had to return it.That said brilliant quality fabric and easy to use.

Very thick waterproof fabric
Used to make garden cushion covers - excellent quality but very thick so make sure you have a good sewing machine needle!2 weeks in use and water is still running off fabric .

Good product. Great value. Not UV resistant !
Installed outdoors for use 24/7 since March 2020.The 23oz fabric has a soft fabric side which the seller advised should face the sun which is NOT water repellent. The underside has a flexible shiny PVC coating which is water repellent. The grey colour of the fabric side has faded to a lighter shade after a few weeks of weathering. I've uploaded a photo taken 3-4 months after first piece was installed outdoors, compared to an unweathered offcut.Update: As from March 2021, the seller has changed the item description from 23oz to 20oz fabric.Update: May 2022, holes have started to appear most southerly facing pieces of the fabric. It tears very easily. It appears the PVC undercoating has started to turn brittle. Jetwashing it earlier this year may have also contributed to the problem, but I'm not sure. I think the issue is down to the fact this fabric has no UV protection.Update: Sept 2022. Purchased a swatch of 20oz fabric in Grey. After 2+ months of summer weather, colour has faded. For comparison, I also purchased a swatch sample of alternative lighter weight polyester fabric with PVC undercoat & flame retardent, costing about 9 quid per meter which claimed to be UV resistant. After 3 months, colour had faded and the surface had lost its teflon-like water repellent properties too.I've started to replace the deteriorating 23oz fabric with a more expensive Sauleda Solar Pro 'Special' 330gsm Acrylic canvas. Solution dyed to resist colour fade, PU undercoated. Teflon-like coating - water beads off it. The material is also extremely tough/strong.

OK But!
From past experience any outdoor cover that is not UV protected will last no more than a year before it rots and rips

Bought to waterproof a cat tree, definitely waterproof but absorbs dirt!
Great fabric, it's definitely waterproof but it absorbs dirt making it extremely difficult to clean. The only method with any efficacy is to wait until dry and then scrub with a dry toothbrush. Other than that, I would recommend it.
