Life saver after vasectomy! I am 44-46 waist, 6'2 and 270lbs (beer belly) and the XXL fits perfectly. I love that they are black, white just looks so odd to me. Really nice that this is a two pack for lower then the price of one from competitors. Very comfortable and supportive. These are a must have after a vasectomy. Expect to wear them for the first two weeks even though you will feel like you don't have to after the first week. It will help with healing in the long run and also help support you when minor bumps happen. When shopping for a supporter people make a big deal about having a wide waist band like this one does have. Not really sure why, I guess for comfort, which it is. If its feeling too wide it can be easily rolled down a bit.

The 3110 does its job well and is comfortable. I didn't give 5 stars for two reasons (and in fairness, I can't think of a good solution for either). First, the wide band, though comfortable, tends to fold over on me. This is probably my fault since I'm bigger than I should be but it would be nice to find an athletic supporter that did not. Second, I find that the overlap where the straps attach to the belt irritate my skin when I am bike riding. More specifically, the skin is visibly irritated on my hips (sometimes even worn to the point of being slightly bloody) though I don't actually notice while riding. Though this may sound bad, the real measure for me is that I lived with a pair of these for a few months then went back and bought another set of two without feeling the need to check out other brands so overall, I feel like it's a very good product.

Its aight. The cup isn't big enough. Im one week out from a hydrocelectomy. Spilling out the sides. Good thing is that it doesn't bite at the crease. And the wife band helps with the pain via compression. Just wish the cup was bigger

My 5th purchase and this is the best fitting jockstrap I have found. Holds everything in place with no binding. I've almost given up on regular underwear. Highly recommend.

This jock does everything it's supposed to do. I wear these as underwear and have six of this brand, and have found they wear and maintain shape better than most others. However, they run extremely small if you don't need them for athletic use; I have a 34" waist and find the XXL fits me without cutting off my circulation. Covers my anatomy well and supports securely, while lasting a very long time with hand washing.

I'm a middle aged baggage handler for a major airline. After thirty plus years of stacking bags you get a little beat up. Recently we've been carrying a lot of military. Some times over 250 c bags, duffles and weapons cases on a single flight. These made a big difference in keeping my anatomy intact. Soldiers are allowed 5 bags each, with weight limit of 93 lbs. each. And we usually look the other way when over weight. I found these to be comfortable and effective all day. Easy to care for (Machine washed cold, gentile. Tumble dried warm.) I only bought 2 so I have to launder every other day and have held up great.

I bought a Xl McDavid Supporter because I have a size 40 waist. It holds everything great It sure beats wearing a Shock Doctor cup for my size. I am using it to do yoga.

The product description is incorrect, I ordered 3XL as written in the details, the order arrived 2XL and it was written on the box that the largest size is 2XL, this is deception and misleading to the consumer, I tried to accept it but it is uncomfortable and tight especially in the testicles area

I bought them for my regular cycling. As I have thick legs, regular underwear makes me feel a bit uncomfortable while exercising. Fabric is ok, feels a bit rough at the beginning but you get used to it. Thick elastic waste band, and straps put the right amount of pressure. Pouch seems to be on the tight side, but I like to feel snug in place. Good value for the money, ordered more.
