Took me a little time to get used to it, much more complicated tha Nokia phones, lots of functions you need to set up to make it work properly (some of them I had to google, because they are hidden so deep in options). But after a few days I can tell it is an excellent phone! Very fast, it can take a lot of work at once, apps work smoth with no glitches. Camera is great, even in full darkness. It is very important to me that this model has separate memory card slot and 2 nano sims. Excellent for the price. The one thing I don't like is that when you change the icon size, you also get the clock widget size change. I hate large icons but I do like a big clock, but I can't have them both as I like on that screen, like I had in my old Nokia phone. With all that unnecessary settings this one would actually be useful. On a plus side though the google search bar is just a widget you can easily remove from your screen (first thing I always try to do with a new phone). Good battery life, lasts two days with average usage. Worth to buy, good mid-range phone.

I changed from my iPhone to a Samsung. I'm young so very into technology and phones, I told my brother price range and said I wanted a better camera and battery life then my iPhone and this just goes beyond my expectations of having my first Samsung. Both cameras are amazing my battery lasts about 2 days and its very light and slim but still got a big clear screen. Runs smoothly and plays games glitch free. Overall I like everything about the software and the phone. Absolutely cannot fault or complain about the price for what it is.

This is a great phone, no issues at all, good price, good battery life. Very happy.

Bought this (first time I have actually bought a sim free phone) to replace an ailing galaxy A5. Now I have got it set up to my liking I am very pleased with it, especially the superb camera which does so much more than the A5. the only issue for a limited techie person like me was the initial set up. I did not want to be taken over by Google as the factory inbuilt process wanted me to do, so resorted to downloading the Samsung manual (all145 pages of it!) off the official Samsung website. Once I had done this and transferred all my old data from the A5 things were OK. Note that according to online info data transfer seems quicker and less likely to go wrong with a USB cable transfer than via Bluetooth so that is what I did.

The phone is great! Bigger than my old Sony but its OK as it fits in my hand easily!My new phone arrived 3 days early and I couldn't be happier with it!The camera is great although I only took 2 pictures so far! The battery lasts up to 3 days of normal use which is amazing and a super fast charging makes it even easier to recharge the phone. I only have my new phone a week now but I would highly recommend it!

I really love this phone! Took me a few days to get used to the size as my previous phone was a lot smaller but it's been absolutely great. The battery life is quite good. I have not experienced any issues with the phone getting hot like my previous phone did. The camera is superb. The only unfortunate thing is that it does not seem to work with my Bluetooth headset that I've had for 3 years. It may be that my Bluetooth headset is an older version. Other than that, no complaints 👌.

I've had this phone for a few months. This is a great phone for money. I would say the phone gets warm quicker and I suspect this to be due to the battery. The camera is super detailed but you can adjust this, especially with selfies etc... Battery life is great.

Very similar to the experience of a previous Amazon reviewer, this phone was faulty and no longer switched on within 2 weeks of use. Clearly a manufacturing issue, perhaps a defective batch. The seller Only Branded refused to refund.I bought this phone for £322 from Only Branded via Amazon on 10th July 2021, started using the phone on 17th July 2021, initially with no major problems, I had noted that the battery drained very quickly which was unusual. I have previously had a Samsung A21s phone and the battery life is consistently good with that phone so I was surprised at this relatively poor battery from the A71.On Thursday 29th July 2021 (after only 12 days of use) the screen flickered, went white and then the phone died. It was fully charged at the time. I was unable to switch the phone on, unable to reset it, it was completely dead. There was absolutely no damage to the phone, It had never been dropped and had not been exposed to water or other elements while in my possession. I returned the item to the seller Only Branded using the return label supplied and their reply was a simple refusal to even partially refund my money. I have never experienced such appalling customer service from a company, having been sold a defective item.The A71 is likely to be an excellent mid-range phone but be very careful where you purchase the phone. Avoid the seller Only Branded at all costs as you will not get your money back if they sell you a faulty product.
