I have not seen limescale on any of my dishes since I started using this filter.However, when I bought this product, it said to use it for 2 years.However, after 1 year, the filter stopped working.The water flow from my kitchen tap was very weak.I found the problem with the help of a plumber.The filter was the problem.I contacted the seller.They were willing to do their best to solve my problem.As a result, I got the pleasure of not seeing limescale again and the water flowing out of the tap was very refreshing.I was so grateful to the two people who responded.I am a loyal customer of your products. I have absolutely loved having this in my kitchen sink. It does exactly what you expect from it, enjoy clean filtered water with ease. I love how easy it is to install by just connecting it to the cold water valve under the sink and the taste of the water is great as well. It is nice to know that the water I'm consuming at home is free of any contaminants and is safe to drink for my family. I did have an issue about 10 months into my purchase where I began to hear noises coming from under my sink and the cold water stopped flowing. I emailed customer service and they were so helpful. Robbie Li was the representative who assisted me and I could not ask for a nicer and professional interaction. Robbie was prompt to tell me that my problem was that the head was clogged and he immediately arranged for a new unit to be sent to my house. Afterwards, Robbie checked in to see if everything was okay and that the installation went well. I've honestly never had such a good experience with the customer service of a company like I had with Waterdrop. If you ever face a problem with your filter don't hesitate to contact their customer service they are phenomenal.

Be sure you know which filter you are choosing.So many models are confusing.The UF remove some pfas but the UA doesn't.I had to write and clarify that with the manufacturer.I love mine. It's still got great high water flow.Still Tastes great. It's only been 1.5 years and mine is the 2 year model.The refill cartridges are all interchangeable.My son installed it very quickly and easily.I definitely recommend this under-sink filter.I'm Going to get the refrigerator inline model now. So my cold drinking water will be double filtered.

Just had to report the outstanding customer support experience provided by Rebecca at Waterdrop. Long story short - I needed a 3 way adaptor to install the filter under the kitchen sink in order to supply filtered water to the sink and to an existing copper refrigerator supply line. Took me awhile to sort out the correct thread sizings and input/output configuration for the required brass adapter, and I overcomplicated a situation that had a very simple solution. Rebecca patiently stayed with my case throughout the multi-day and multi-email communications, and generously extended goodwill offers while pointing me in the right direction. Really reflective of a high quality, customer focused business operation.

Good filter system but you DO NOT have to buy this whole kit if you already own a 10UA adapter/connector. I made the mistake of buying this kit because the advertising and product info leads you to believe this filter type is not compatible with the attachment adapter that comes with the 10UA. Just know that this is 100% compatible and it's a 1:1 swap with a 10UA filter.That being said waterdrop has always done a good job at filtering the chlorine nightmare that is my city's water, just make sure you watch your water usage and swap out when you're just about due to replace, water quality regresses noticeably once the filter gives out and you'll notice immediately.

23 months later, the water flow has decreased significantly. The cold water has been clean, tastes great, and not even my LG fridge filter gets rid of that city water flouride taste like this does. My dogs drink this water every day, no issues. Going to replace with the same filter and go for another 23 months. The initial fit was a bit of an issue, but quickly turned out OK -those quick connect fittings aren't the best in my opinion, but after getting them set right there's been no leaks.
