These are great. As most parents and grandparents know when you purchase the little books they come with one pen. The books have the color in them so the pens are white and the great thing they don't show up on anything. They are and will only work on these certain books. Invest in a pack, one for Nana's, one or two at home and one for on the go, you won't be sorry, I'm not.

Exactly what was needed

My 3 year old loves Imagine Ink coloring books, but he tends to either "rage color" and ruin the tip of the marker so the cap can't go back on, lose the cap, leave it off, or just use up the marker. This 5 pack of markers was the perfect solution but I came back to reorder after 6 months to find "we don't know if or when this item will be back in stock." (Oh no!!)Spare markers were hard to find in the first place, so I don't know if this is the manufacturer's way of getting people to buy more books, or what. I'd happily buy both books and spare markers, but if I can't get spare markers I'll probably stop buying the books so I don't have to deal with the disappointment when the marker stops working and the book isn't completely colored.Edit 2/10/21: So happy to see they are back in stock!

This is probably the coolest invention ever. You write on the page and colors magically appears! However it does run out, which you can just soak the tip in alcohol and it’ll be good as new!

I am glad I was able to find these back up markers- a pack of them because my son runs through them quickly. The ink runs out or he presses hard so I wanted a few extra without having to buy the whole coloring book that comes with the marker. This worked great. Love how there are several in the pack and its nice to have the extra markers without having to order the coloring book packs.

I am so happy they finally have spare markers! My three year old has a dozen of the books and all her markers were dried up. The coloring books make life easier when you have a little one hanging out waiting in the car for older siblings all the time, but the markers are never enough to get through a whole book, especially when the cap is lost in the car somewhere!

Never waste your coloring books again! The Imagine Ink and comparable brands kind, that is. Amazing to have additional markers for when the others get used up or dry out. The greatest! Highly recommend. My dtr will use these markers (and applicable coloring books) in the car for like an hour, so I’m thrilled have back-up markers.
