Sun-Maid Smores Bites- Kids Snacks, On-the-Go Bites, Whole Fruit, Whole Grains & Nuts-3oz

We loved to see a new product from SunMaid. They were sent to the grandchildren, who really enjoyed them, and parents were happy because they were a healthy snack.

I thought I was getting more than just one 3 oz package for $8 when I ordered it. The information about it was not clear. I would not have ordered if I had known.

My parents and I live across the street from each other. Quite often, we share groceries. One afternoon, I walked into my parents' kitchen and saw they had already torn open my three-ounce bag of Sun-Maid Smores Bites. (I had brought them over earlier while my parents were away so that we could all share them for breakfast the following morning.) Quickly, I had to grab some of these bites before they were all gone. I couldn't believe my parents had started eating them without me. Mom buys boxes of Sun-Maid raisins to put on our cereal. Sun-Maid is a name I trust because it has been a part of my family for as long as I can remember. Also, I love chocolate. For me, chocolate is a food group. I couldn't live without it. I love anything that has chocolate. These Sun-Maid Smores Bites are absolutely delicious. They are tiny bites of Heaven. Sun-Maid must think Heaven is expensive because this easy-to-open, resealable, three-ounce bag of Smores Bites are very expensive. It would be more economical to purchase the eight pack rather than the single pack. Are these Sun-Maid Smores Bites nutritious? Are you kidding me? Nothing that tastes this good can be nutritious. A better question to ask is: "Are they wholesome?" The answer is: "Yes!" For chocolate addicts like me, I highly recommend these delectable, wholesome bites of chocolate and fruit. In fact, I would definitely purchase them (if they weren't so very expensive) in the future. They would make excellent Christmas stocking stuffers.

They are soft and very delicious

Tasted stale and old. Had a weird flavor. Wouldn't recommend or buy again.

Too many raisins for me

The flavor is good. It's somewhat sweet so it's definitely a treat rather than something I would want my kids to have as a snack everyday. It's fun, has some whole grain oats, and has a better smore flavor than almost any smore bar I've had before.The price on the single bags is really high. I'm used to even premium bars being about a dollar an oz. It's a good size bag at 3oz, but I feel like it should be around four bucks at the high end. The more expensive products have fancier fruits and nuts where this has raisins and peanuts... It does seem like the 8 pack is much more in line with what I would expect, so don't buy the single packs unless you really want to see if you like it first.I like it. It has fun flavor. I like the share size bag. I'll get it again, but I'll make sure to get a multi-pack next time.

I was not really sure what to expect from these, but they are amazing. They are super delicious! I have no complaints except trying not to eat the whole bag in one sitting. We love them (husband and kids too) and will buy these again. I really want to try some of the other flavors now too!
