These are great to put waterlilies in a pond
These are great to put waterlilies in a pond! It is large enough to fit a very large plant. Thanks to it being flexible it sits more stable on the bottom compared to rigid planters. They work well in combination with the specialized pond planting medium (the very light material). Definitely recommended.

Only one Pot? Or two?
I only received ONE pot in my package delivered yesterday. Why? Please send me the other one. It’s great product but misleading?

Pots are great
They work like they should. I'm hoping my lotus do well in them.

Best aquatic planter for lily that is easy to carry
I have never planted a water lily before but I decided to get something that I can drop into the water pretty easily. There were other options but this one fit my bare root plant and would hold up to having rocks in it.I used the the aquascape lily plant medium and then used pea gravel on top. It was incredibly easy to carry it outside, so long as you can lift that much weight and it was also easy to drop into the water so long as you follow the instructions. The soil will rise out if you don't cover in pea gravel, and if you do not tilt it while submerging you will run into problems. The lily has been planted in our pond feature since April and it is doing well my only complaint would be that to just remember if you want to use the adjustable drawstring, to plan accordingly. I had to add more rocks and undo the draw string in the end because i wanted the rocks exposed.Otherwise, I'm glad I purchased this and I fully intend to use the second one when I plant a lily in my second pond feature.

One was unsewn
It's a good thing there were two in the package, because one was half unsewn on the bottom. I really only needed one to repot a water lily, but I thought I would use the other for another plant that was getting crowded in its pot. My mom worked her sewing magic and fixed it, but I was pretty disappointed with the quality. On a positive note, the one that was intact held when I filled it with soil, lily, and gravel and wet it down.I wish they had handles on the sides. I used the drawstring to help me lower it into position.

Great planter for pond plants
This is a great pot for pond and bog plants. The plants seem to really like them. These are about 2 gallons, so are slightly smaller than other fabric pond planters on the market and are a great size. I like the handles on the sides which make it easier to place the pots into the pond, move them, and retrieve them. As a matter of fact, I bought a second set after I had used all of the first set. This planter is a winner!

Works well in our Koi pond.
Worked well instead of hard plastic containers. I have 3 others that are similar. Easy to use.

Perfect for aquatic plants
Sturdy, shaped excellent, & perfect for aquatic plants. I purchased these for 6 lotus plants to be dropped in my 9500 gallon koi pond. The pond is 2.5-3.25 ft deep (depending where measured) so I was a little skeptical when dropping the plants that deep that I’d ever see them again. Happily, the lotuses reemerged a week or two later. For optimal results, or rather what worked best for me, be sure to purchase aquatic soil (much heavier and more sand incorporated) as well as pea gravel for on top of the soil, prior to the strings being drawn on the bag.I’m sure you could find many uses for these bags!
