Great budget cooktop. Mine went in a mobile home remodel. I would not put it in a nice house.It can sit on top the counter or be installed. Installation was easy. A template was included. There was no easy way to clip it down to the counter, but it sets fine. Just plug in the electric ignition if you want. The gas hose hooks up very simply without any tools to a standard portable propane tank.

Ordered the first one and it was not machined right, was missing a hole on one burner for the igniter deal. Got a replacement no problem which was great. I finally installed it and used it for about two weeks. The last time I used it it randomly "poofed" out extra propane twice on both burners and one caught fire! It was scary! I previously has a different brand 30" propane cooktop and it worked great for years.

No dislikes for me yet, easy to use and clean up. I wish my RV stove was setup the same way. But to work the ignition it needs to be plugged in. I've got it mounted on a metal cart. So far I would recommend it, I will try to update after more use and if anything changes.

Instalation easy, cut the hole to the size of supplied template, connected with the supplied hose and regulator,plugged it in. Worked as expected

This is very nice which has both large and small burner. Great deal.

Easy to install, template included, and burns well.Cheaply made, grate doesn’t have pins/holes/anything to secure it down when traveling, paint under each burner knob wearing off after 3 months of use, smaller burner doesn’t sit level so the flame isn’t even, finish doesn’t hold up to much.For the price I expected more but it works.

I was excited about the unit when received. It looked reasonably well made and would fit near my NG gas grill.The first item noted is that while equipped with standing feet, the design of the gas connection fitting does not allow the unit to stand evenly. The unit must be used as a drop-in to some kind of table or countertop opening. To be fair, the burner is advertised as a drop-in style, but the attached feet suggests that the unit was planned as a self-standing but designed improperly. The Amazon picture of the gas connector is quite different from the unit I received. I had planned to use the burner as a drop in on an outdoor kitchen counter, so this is more of an FYI.Before cutting into a stainless steel counter to mount the burner I tested the unit with a working NG connection, used for an outdoor pizza oven. It was immediately evident that the burner barely operated using NG, yielding a very small flame. This behavior is usually related with burners that are designed and engineered for LP gas which operates at higher pressures.I suspect the orifice(s) within the burners are for LP use Smaller diameter), and this product did not come with NG orifices. I did not test with LP but it may work fine. I also found that this product is fundamentally not returnable, but Amazon has been great to help to rectify the issue.
