Not usually the type to write reviews but I’m extremely impressed with this knife. I’m a second generation butcher and I’ve used victorinox knives my whole life. Don’t get me wrong they are great but I personally prefer Mercer. Holds an edge very well and is extremely comfortable while working 10-12 hour days. Highly recommended.

MIght be my new favorite knife for meats
I've had pearing knives, chef's knives, bread knives, tomato knives, but never a boning knife. This is my new favorite knife for cutting up meats. The curve puts your hand up and away from the countertop, it's thin and agile and it doesn't drag in the meat like a wider blade does. Try a boning knife, you'll like it.

Super Sharp, Awesome Value
I process my own whitetails and have several benchmade knives. This knife was 1/8 the cost of my meatcrafter and performs almost as well. If you're looking for a budget friendly knife that stays sharp, this is it!

This knife seems to be on par with victorinox
I bought this knife to use while breaking down wild game such as deer. I'm kind of a victorinox guy but this knife impressed me and seems to be just as good. I already own a mercer skinning knife which has worked very well. Over all I'm impressed with the quality of these knives especially at the low price
