Took me a few tries to figure how best to cook it. GLAD I did not give up. MANY here aswered my question re: cooking it with microwave and YAY!TASTE is wonderful. QUALITY is superb. VERY easy to make (now that I got help). VERY fresh.Excellent ingredients NO added anything! Definitely worth the reasonable price.

I make a few cups of this every week and eat it for breakfast with some cheese or protein powder. It’s really tasty, like eating grits or malt-o-meal. It’s become one of my favorite foods because I can do so much with it, and it’s low calorie, whole grain, easy to digest, and satisfying. I will definitely buy this again.

I was buying this at my local store and then have not been able to find it anywhere for quite a while. I started eating this cereal because it was gluten free and continued to buy it even when I decided to go back to eating gluten because it is so good. It is really tasty has a nice corn gritty texture. I make it with milk partially even though the directions say to use water. I think it makes it creamier. I was glad to find it online since I can’t find it at a store nearby. The cost is pretty high though considering there is also tax to pay. The quality of the product was fine but I don’t know if I will continue to purchase it because of the cost.

I have looked for the best hot cereal that was closest to the kind I ate as a child, which is no longer available. This is the closest I have found & it is great tasting plus not nearly as processed as most other types available.

I’ve always liked Red Mill hot cereals. I’ve tried them all. The texture of this particular flavor is nice. Good for an upset tummy. Good in general too.

After reading so many positive reviews here I decided to try this hot cereal. It is wonderful! Just follow the cooking instructions on the back of the bag. I was skeptical at first because adding 3/4 cup of water to 1/4 cup dry cereal seemed excessive. But after cooking it for 2 1/2 minutes in my little microwave oven all of the liquid was absorbed. Perfect! I doctored it up with vanilla extract, cinnamon and pure maple syrup in order to satisfy my sweet tooth. It filled me up and was a great comfort food. Enjoy!

I love this hot cereal with blueberries and toasted walnuts. A little butter and cinnamon sugar is good too.

I was looking for a different carb source to eat for breakfast other than oatmeal. Definitely the way to go and allowing me to meet my carb macros.
