The History Channel Presents Time Troopers DVD Game

Time Troopers is a very entertaining way to learn a bit of history, from ancient to modern. The system is set up so that the game "handicaps" players as the game progresses. Players who can answer correctly early on get harder questions later, so that my 8-year old stands about as good a chance of winning as my wife and I do. This is great because it keeps the game challenging and fun for us, while not discouraging the kids. The (sometimes silly) interjections by John Cleese and the background information on some items is an additional bit of fun. All in all, it is an amazing game/educational tool.
