Besides it being an excellent flour, I want to commend the seller: The flour arrived packaged in a secure plastic bag, encased in air-filled-pillow packing 🙂😀❤️. I couldn't be more pleased with the manner in which the flour was sent to me. KUDOS to this vendor for the extra care taken to assure the product arrived safely and with no flour spilling out into the box. This flour is excellent for bread machines and makes great pizza dough! I purchased a 5lb bag and price was very fair. This is my go to flour now.

This is simply the best flour you can buy. No bromates are added which makes it very healthy and great for making bread.
