I like this yoga chair
I like this yoga chair. Took it out right of the box after I received it, and put it together in 2 seconds flat. So easy and it seems very well made too. . I can tell by laying back on it that this is going to be perfect stretch and traction for my upper back and shoulder area- which is the main reason that I purchased it. It does not take up alot of room, and it will be much easier to use than the teeter full upside down back contraption devices -with probably close to the same benefit especially for my upper back area. Also, it takes up less room, folds up easily, and was much easier to put together too. . I am very happy that I purchased this yoga chair because I think I will get a lot of good use out of it for stretching my back out.

Great piece
Sturdy, easy to use with and without the arch attachment. The sole thing I'd say would make it better is a DVD or at least a booklet with exercise instructions. It comes with nothing. Still, I'm happy with it.

This is a backless folding chair. So absolutely useless also, dangerous AF
This thing collapsed on me and pinned me painfully to the floor. Gen xers will remember the phrase "I've fallen and I can't get up."I'm old, disabled and live alone. I was trapped for more than a minute and deeply bruised.No instructions, nothing.

This is a nice chair. The only reason I give it 4 stars is the piece that is to attach does not stay on when in use. Otherwise it's great.

Not for people who are not limber.
I purchased this chair because I follow Yoga videos on Silver Sneakers and also the lumbar addition interested me. But I am not able to use yet because I'm not limber enough. Also the bar next to the seat does not allow room to sit on edge to do some of the poses. I would be nice if the seat was a bit longer then that would not be an issue. I kept the chair because I haven't found anything better.

Even works for this old body
I'm 76 and I have been looking for something to help stretch (decompress) my back. I read the reviews and yes... it only takes 3 seconds to set up... that goes a LONG way with me. I had to play around with it a bit to make it comfortable for my old body but... I found that if I use one of my 2 to 3 inch couch pillows placed on the 'hook on' section of the chair... it lifts my head just enough to be comfortable. I only wish the top rung of the chair opened but the whole thing fits under my couch so I am VERY happy with my chair and it sure fits in my front room better than the old bulky, heavy, massive, Teeter Tooter I used to have.

This item is a sturdy as any ordinary folding chair. I appreciate that it is not made out of thinner, cheaper material. Thanks
