I purchased the doPublicity kit for my school library. After first having difficulty pairing the media player with my monitor, I was sent a different media player, and it worked fine. Customer support has been top notch in getting me started. I use the system on one screen, and it is fairly easy to set up. I would say that the templates are a bit limited, but I have nothing to compare it to. I like the weather feature - but I would also like to have daily news headlines, and that is not an option. So I have been searching the Internet for a work-around. The remote service, to set up your content, is pretty self-explanatory; the more you play with it, the easier it is to work with. I appreciate how there is a one-time cost, and that is it.

Its kinda like "set it and forget it". Once you initially set up your templates and add your contents , very little duties are involved other than changing your price menus and uploading new pictures. Great little media player to control all aspect of contents being display. I could even change my prices on my home computer or tablet! Downloading content to the media player is super fast and no need to call in those professionals. It was a little difficult to set up at first but well worth it down the road. Please get yourself a 4kTV if your going to buy this media player. The pictures are clear and amazing. Its a very good value and very low maintenance. Thank You Do Publicity.

They are selling a product that will not work as advertised, Technical support was helpful but the real issue are the defective entry level unit that they are selling here at amazon. After almost a month of continuous call in back and forth because of freezing and blackout, they offer me to upgrade it to a better units with me paying extra cost which make me have no choice to just accept it because I already invest a lot of time with the system and designing of menu board. What is unacceptable they erase my design which I invest a lot of time and what will I just respond by Mr. Mahesh is I'm sorry and they will just help me redo it again (which the system is really a do it your own). I justI need to share this BAD EXPERIENCE with this manufacturer.

This item was not as user friendly as expected. Ease of use was not as expected. The templates offered were not compatible with our needs. Technical support was frustrating, not available, took long time to return calls, and time consuming. Lastly, we purchased this item in December 2017, hooked it up in January 2018 and after hours and hours uploading our information and custom formatting our templates, it stopped working in April. I contacted doPublicity directly and they said since I bought it from Amazon they won't take it back and my Amazon return date was end of January. So now I have a $399 paperweight. Do not buy this item. Waste of time and money.

This product is no where ready for prime time. Extremely clunky and does not do what is advertised. Spoke many times with support who tried to help, but he gave up and stopped contacting me. Wish I had returned it sooner, but was waiting for them to resolve until it was too late. Complete waste of money. All I can say is, the other reviews had to be rigged.

since I cant afford to wait for customer service to call me back every day I have returned this item- it would not work consistently for more than 24 hours. kept shutting off then freezes or just goes black for awhile... tech was friendly once they called me back but had no real resolve for me. once it is working we move on... how many times can one person unplug an item and plug it back in before ya' realize it is not solid product? maybe once debugged it will be good but it is not currently worth the hassle.

Not very user friendly to a person who is not versed with products of this kind. Will defiantly need to call them for assistance.

We are able to display specials and prices on the menu board along with educational info and pictures. Great product with no monthly fee and easy to make changes on my desk top.
