The swivel is so easy to break. I broke my unit before I even got to put it on. The swivel is a really tiny piece of plastic and I believe it will eventually break no matter what. I bought plasticweld and just welded the earpiece to the head band. The repaired side no longer swivels and it makes packing it in the case difficult (I can make it fit, but just barely).The airplane adapter and cords are good quality. The battery lasts very long (it lasted the entire trip from Los Angeles to my layover in Taipei, and then to the Philippines. I still used it for a while after arriving before I charged it. I left the unit on during the entire flight (I have tinnitus now...ringing in the ear), and it flawlessly cancels out the low-frequency sounds of the engines. In fact, I had left my cell phone in the seat pocket and forgot to turn off the alarm. When it went on during the flight, I could hear it clearly. I turned off the unit, and then it was so noisy that I could no longer hear the alarm.I used the unit to listen to music and watch movies on the airplane, as well as left it on with no audio input while I slept. It makes it easier to talk and hear people around you on an airplane. The only problem is that when the flight crew makes announcements, the volume is so loud...I would quickly hit the power switch the second the announcement sign appeared on the screen.

Disappointed. Although the sound is good and the Noise Cancelling works well, I'm disappointed that the headphones must be "ON" to use. I'm surprised they can't be used without the NC option (unless I'm doing something wrong).Also, the inline play button doesn't seem to be working with my iPhone 6s with iOS 9.2.Unfortunately I'll need to return these. :(

Haven't tried out the head set yet... but it is especially soft

After shopping around found these earphones to have the noise canceling sensitivity of higher priced products. Very comfortable over the ear style with the subtle gold tone.
