Excellent probiotics!
This product too is excellent. I am finally getting relief and am overcoming a yeast overgrowth. I will continue with product, and even after I am completely cured.

Strong
I'm finding these to be really strong. I've stopped taking these and have gone back to my other digestive enzymes and probiotics for now. I think they are effective tho just a tad to strong for me at this time.

Really helps with digestion :)
This probiotic has been so helpful for me!! It has greatly improved my digestion, and no yeast infections since taking it. It was a little strong at first, definitely drink a lot of water and eat something when you take it. I use it twice a day without skipping any dosages... Works great!!!! So happy to have discovered this.

Like most health products
Like most health products, it's hard to tell how much of a difference this is making, but it seems to help. I rotate my use of probiotics I consider trustworthy or worth the money, and this brand seems to work better than others I've tried.

No noticeable changes for me.
I don't notice any difference in my gut symptoms when I take it. Is it making a difference over time? I can't really tell yes or no. I'm not getting better that I can tell but it may be something else that needs fixing which this cannot help with.
