Flimsy, definitely not 12 ounce bottles, much smaller. Would not buy again.

This running belt is good for somethings and not so much for others. I plan to use it more for hiking and for me the bottles a quite small. I can see it being good for someone running short distances in need of a sip of water here and there, but not in any kind of heat or strenuous situation requiring great hydration. The belt has a nice flexible waist feature for wearing over layers or sharing between family members because it has a long velcro closure for multiple waist sizes. I do like that the bottles can be accessed and opened with one hand. The pouch gives ample space for keys and phone which is really a required feature these days....who goes running without their phone anymore?? I got this at a discount in exchange for my opinion. It's good, but not the best running hydration belt I have seen.

I bought this for my daughter - who is a runner. She tried it and wasn't impressed. Too clunk for her anyway. Maybe she just isn't into anything around her waist while she runs. Looks great to me, but I am not a runner. I received this item at a discount for an honest review.

I received this item via a promotional discount. The pouch is well made and fits comfortably and has a small compartment between the water bottles for your phone or keys. The material is nice also.
