GOOFIT Heavy Duty Manual Clutch Set for 50cc 70cc 90cc 110cc 125cc Dirt Pit Bike

Clutch was installed on a 2020 ice bear fuerza. Everything fit together perfectly. Install was very simple. I have never ever worked on a motorcycle up until this point and I was able to install this clutch in around 40 mins. That includes the time it took to watch a YouTube tutorial. All in all it works really well.

I love that it got my bike going again for a while but it grenaded it self and it blue apart all over the inside of the motor stock clutch lasted longer but while I had it it worked great

Works great on my Chinese pitbike. Don't forget to buy the clutch socket though. It makes it a lot easier to disassemble and assemble.

Not sure what happened but it instantly broke causing more damage to my bike so I mean I don't want to recommend it to anynody but it's cheaper so cheap products tend to give you what you ask for

Fit perfect in my Lifan 125. Don’t forget you need to order a spanner wrench to remove clutch. Only concern is it probably isn’t “heavy duty” considering it only had 3 clutch discs vs. 5 on the stock lifan one. But we’ll see how she goes only time will tell

Work great for my pocket bike!!

Used as a replacement for OEM YX125cc.Although this one has only 2 friction plates and 2 steel plates (OEM has 3&3), friction plates are thicker on this one and it works nicely. Just don't use the supplied raised washer (3rd from the right at the bottom in the main pic), instead reuse the old one if you have the same difference in plates count.I also did some extra maintenance, including disassembly, soaking in, filing and sanding any coarse edges + coarsing the steel plates a bit more. All of the above resulted in this clutch being the best I ever had on my bike.I'll update this if anything happens (rode only 20 miles so far)

Die Kupplung ist als Tauschkupplung für die Motoren 139 FMB zu verwenden, das geht bei 125 ccm und bei 50 ccm Motoren, ebenso 70 ccm, 110 ccm etc. Wichtig ist es, die Kupplung vor dem Einbau in ein Bad Ihres Motorradöls zu legen, das sie in Ihrer Maschine verwenden, der Einbau sollte systematisch erfolgen, a mit dem richtigen Werkzeug, b mit dem richtigen Öl und unbedingt einer Ersatzdichtuung für das Maschinengehäuse. Für die Schraube an der Kupplung benötigen Sie einen Spezialschlüssel, hier bei Amazon zu bekommen, ebenso die Gehäusedichtungen.Am besten wird die Schraube nach Entfernen der Kupplungsadeckung und öffnen der Zentrifuge, vier Schrauben entfernen oder vier Nieten abschleifen,mit einem Meissel gekantelt, Experten wissen, was das bedeutet, so lässt sie sich rasch entfernen.Bitte alle Module, die in dem Beipack zur Kupplung sind, Zahnräder, Schrauben, Sicherungsringe etc mit der neuen Kupplung einbauen. Es lohnt sich. Nach der Endmontage der Kupplung, Deckel und Dichtung wieder installieren.Jetzt nicht den Motor starten, erst Öl auffüllen, dann den ersten Gang einlegen und auch den zweiten und die Kupplung ziehen und das Krad schieben, damit die Kupplung sich kurz einlaufen kann und sich nochmals mit Öl vollsaugt. Wie gesagt im zweiten und ersten Gang die Kupplung im Schieben ziehen und entsprechend schon mal einstellen. Dann gern noch eine Nacht das Krad ohne den Motor zu starten stehen lassen.Wenn Sie dann morgens den Motor starten und die Kupplung ziehen und den ersten Gang einlegen, merken Sie, dass die Kupplung sehr elastisch ist keine Probleme verursacht, im Gegenteil diese Kupplung ist nach dieser Prozedur wesentlich besser als das Original, das vorher verbaut war. Ich gebe daher volle 5 Sterne, auch für mitgeliefertes Material und Verarbeitung und problemlose Montage. Lohnt sich wirklich auf diese Kupplung umzusteigen
