Great legume mix
I bought these legume mixes to make dhal curry. I must say they have worked very well.The flavour is nutty and sweet once all cooked with the spices added in.They are nutritious and healthy with all the different varieties of legumes.I have purchased these about 3 times.Family members have commented what I have used to make the dhal? as it tastes good and wholesome.I have used them to make soup also and not just for salad.They are well worth the money.I will continue to buy again when they are in stock.

Delicious and good quality
Arrived quickly. Great for keeping in the cupboard for when you want to use up things in the fridge drawer.I rinsed these before covering them with vegetable stock and added two bay leaves. I then brought them to the boil before turning them down to simmer for twenty minutes / until the stock had been absorbed. Delicious on their own or with chopped red pepper, tomatoes, cucumber, coriander, spinach and any other raw fruit / veg of your choice. Even better with a lemon and olive oil dressing!

lovely colourful mix of legumes, great for vegans.
Perfect mix of colourful lentils to add to meals. arrived fast and well packed. I add a handful at a time to soups and stews to increase our proteins and fibre and i use them in pasta sauces and pie fillings., not just for vegans our meat eating son likes them too. They also look lovely stored in a jar on the side.

Good quality assorted lentils.
Beautiful lentils from which I made a lentil salad to start with. I also plan to use it in soups. My only issue is that there are no instructions in English on the package. Perhaps a sticker attached might help. I found help online on the Amazon questions section. Cook anything between 10-20 minutes depending on how al dente/soft you want your lentils.
