Saved our orchard!!
Cutter bees were destroying our orchard, stripping leaves off all our trees. Our cherry tree had only 3 leaves left. We hung these on our trees and must have caught most of the bees, as the destruction stopped. We also used mosquito netting over the tree canopy and loosely tied around the trunks for additional protection. Although we recognize the benefits of bees, these cutter bees were out of control and we would have lost our entire orchard, which is a lot of money to replace, loss of future harvests, and time to grow to maturity. Would buy again, if needed.

Great product
These work great in summer months - capture flies and bees.

Effective!
I didn't see any honey bees on my 3 traps, but lots of different hornets and wasps were caught! And some flies as well. Far more effective than the sugar water traps or my homemade meat traps. I will buy them again for the coming season!

Caught a lot of good pollinators but not many bees
So this product works great, it is extremely sticky, hangs easily, and remain sticky for months. My issue is that it caught so many good pollinators, dragon flies, the huge mosquitoes, and it would definitely trap hummingbirds. It did catch a few carpenter bees, but did not seem to attract them. I am concerned that with the color it would attract hummingbirds so I don’t think that I will purchase it again. But it is very sticky and definitely collected a lot of different types of bugs. Even though the carpenter bee nests are within inches of where we hung them.

Recommend.
Oh, my gosh! We are catching a LOT of mud dauber wasps with these! Not sure what attracts the wasps to the hanging device, but it does a good job so far. Someone asked if I was afraid of catching bees in it, but we do not seem to have many bees around our house. Perhaps because of the beekeepers not far from us. Anything that gets near enough to that glue is gonna be stuck there though. Just use caution when you are putting the grills around the sticky tube. I think it really helps to have two people doing that job - one to hold the tube on each end and one to insert each grill on the sides. I had help for the first one. I did not for the second and ended up with the tube sticking to my shirt (hint - Goo Gone did remove the stickiness - then rinsed the shirt tail, but smelled like Goo Gone until I changed shirts). The glue will stick to your skin also. Rather expensive in my opinion, but if they work I will spring for another set of three when these are full of wasps. Might get another set for around the water system, the shed and the barn, too. I have a feeling that the wasps may eventually get discouraged and move away....I hope I am right. It would be nice if one could reuse the grills if there were "refill" available, making it cheaper to use these (hint to the maker/seller of these traps).

Best product for getting rid of wasps and flies
Found these items about 3 years ago and have them on repeat order all summer long! The best thing I have found for reducing the wasps, mud daubers and flies at our farmhouse and surrounding barns. Easy to put together and place in the locations where they congregate. The 3-pack is the most economical bundle since we use them so often. The photo is showing the 2nd trap this spring/summer in this location. First was full of flies and wasps near our porch/entryway. Not shown are the two hanging near the doorways of our barns which are always 'full' before this one. Shipment is always on time. Thanks for a great product!

This really worked! Will buy again
OK- I was skeptical that this might work but our yard after trying to be nice and have NO MOW MAY meant we got attacked by wasps and bees. We placed this up and the first few days we saw a little bit of action then went out and saw hundreds of bugs and will be replacing them for certain to catch more since there is literally no more room. Finally we can use the yard and the kids are not being bitten!

The Sticky Totem of Doom
Dateline: A Back Porch Under Siege, Late Sunday Night. There's a certain kind of aerial menace that defies reason. The wasp. The mud dauber. The carpenter bee. These are not creatures you can negotiate with. They are tiny, airborne gangsters, buzzing with a latent hostility that can turn a peaceful afternoon into a frantic, swatting nightmare. You need a defense. A silent, passive, and utterly diabolical one. Enter the RESCUE! VisiLure TrapStik. It is not a spray, not a zapper, but something far more primitive and insidious. It is a totem pole of pure, sticky death. It arrives in a clear plastic tube. You pull it out, and it feels… well, it feels a bit cheap. Let’s be honest. It’s a cardboard tube covered in a psychedelic pattern of dots and swirls, all coated in a layer of glue so tenacious it feels like it could stop a charging rhino. You peel off the protective wrapper, hang it from a hook, and the trap is set. The ease of it all is deceptive. The "VisiLure" technology is the bait. The strange, colorful patterns are apparently irresistible to the multifaceted eyes of flying pests. They see it not as a harbinger of doom, but as some kind of insectoid paradise, a promised land of color and light. They fly in for a closer look, for a landing, for what they believe will be a moment of triumph. And then they are lost. The moment a single leg touches that glue, the struggle is over. It is a brutal, uncompromising adhesive. There is no escape. There is only a slow, sticky submission. After a few days, the totem tells its grim story. It becomes a macabre trophy, a graveyard studded with the vanquished. Wasps, flies, mud daubers, and a whole host of other assorted flying nuisances are held fast, a permanent monument to their own poor judgment. The sheer number of captives is shocking. It is undeniable, visceral proof that this thing works. It works with a savage efficiency. But here lies the rub. The price. For what is, essentially, a very well-designed sticky cardboard tube, the cost feels a bit steep. You look at this flimsy-feeling disposable trap, now covered in the spoils of war, and you can’t help but feel that the economics are slightly out of balance. The verdict? It’s a pretty decent weapon in the war against flying pests. It is savagely effective, easy to deploy, and requires zero maintenance. But you are paying a premium for that effectiveness, packaged in a form that feels like it should cost about half as much. It’s a fine product, but a questionable value. A sticky, effective, and slightly overpriced solution to a very persistent problem.

Put out all 3 of them and based on photos I would have expected to catch at least one. Not a single wasp, carpenter bee, nadda stuck to this product. I have them around my house in key spots they gather. Nothing stuck to any of the traps. Not excited for this product at all.
