ManCakes High Protein Pancake Waffle and Baking Mix Maple Bacon, 25.4 Ounce

I love bacon. I love maple syrup. I love maple bacon. I love pancakes. These bad boys were almost inedible. Very off putting, rank flavor. Definite miss by mancakes. Save your $$$.

Mancakes are GREAT! Cinnamon Oat fantastic! Buttermilk Outstanding! These missed the mark... baited with the bacon and maple flavor. Tried different mix ratios, waffles and pancakes. Still no good. Everyone in the house had the same opinion (4 kids and wife) so unfortunetly had to chalk this one up for a loss.

I ordered this initially off the eatmancakes.com website and my entire family (Especially my husband) went nuts for it!It has almost no sugar and tons of protein. I've had their Cinnamon flavor as well, which if you want an alternative to oatmeal you will enjoy. My family is all gluten free now, so being able to have such unique pancakes has been a areal treat for us. I've tried the Maple Bacon as waffles and even as a breading for my chicken. Don't be alarmed that the batter is somewhat runnier than the other flavors. Just let it rest for a couple minutes. 5 stars!

Item had poor flavor and constantly burned no matter how long in the waffle iron.
