This is an excellent speaker!!! Paired with kindle fire 8 and iPod 6 without problem. I am beyond picky when it comes to sound. I was pleasantly surprised with the fullness and balance of this speaker. Lows are full but not muddy, nice mids...and great treble...and this is straight into an ipod and kindle fire with no EQ. I went to different stores to listen to at least a dozen speakers and researched a dozen more...and this is one of my top picks. It's got everything going for it...size, balance of sound, ease of use, loudness (it can get loud) and portability. If I had to say one thing to be aware of, it would be that the speaker is quite directional...the primary sound is coming from one side and some spills out from the opposite side. At first It was very "in my face" when it was on my desk in close proximity...but then I realized that this was a plus...(speaker vertical) by rotating the speaker, I am able to have a sort of secondary tone control...which rolls off the mids and treble coming at me, to a more 360 kind of sound...rotating just a 1/4 turn or less can give you a different balance. Would purchase again without hesitation.

Works well but I have a tablet it will not connect to. The support is not existent and the tablet manufacture is no help. I am not sure what the issue is with the one tablet (Irulu Tablet) or if the problem is the speaker. I have linked to it with 3 other devices I have.

It's a good little speaker for me right now. Believe me when I say I searched online for a lot of speakers and read a lot of reviews!!!!! And what the capabilities of the speakers are and the prices!!!!! And though I thought the Basstyle speaker was going to be louder than what it is, for me it's better than nothing!!!!! Cause it's all I can afford right now. I'm not a tech savvy person so it was really easy to use so that was a plus for me. And I Love the size and the fact there's not a lot of buttons to figure out and it has a rubber base on it so when you have some songs that have a lot have bass sound too them, and believe me when I say I have this sucker turned up as loud as I can get it!!!!!! IT WILL VIBRANT. SO BE HAPPY YOU HAVE A RUBBER BASE ON IT!!!!!If your looking for a good speaker that's easy to use and affordable and your not head banger like me, than this is the speaker for you!!!!!!!!!!!!

Love love love the battery life on it, I take into the shower with me, I take it to the beach with me, kayaking, great sound quality! Only problem, no display to tell you how much battery left also not so seamless Bluetooth connection sometimes.

Wonderful sound! Happily surprised at how great this little speaker works, I can place speaker in middle of house and hear quality sound including the bass throughout my WHOLE house (2200 sq ft) - and the microphone/phone speaker is awesome! I can put my speaker outside while I do yard work and if the phone rings I can actually hear it to answer, as I don't carry my phone while working in dirt. No more missed calls and I can jam all day - I am thinking of buying more as gifts - LOVE IT!!

Not even close to water proof. The closure that keeps the ports away from the elements is extremely flimsy. Great sound, charge doesn't last very long either.

This little gem is awesome. I use it everyday and has wonderful sound. Would recommend this to anyone who wants a little extra boost with your phone or computer.....

Our family uses this speaker at the beach every week and it has held up well. The sound is good and connects easily. Customer Service is really responsive and helpful.
