This is really helping the pain in my back and much of the tingling in my leg (only one of my legs has ever had tingling.) I am also able to sleep without pain. I am 60 and have scoliosis that has intensified recently and in addition I recently injured my back, After the injury I began seeing a chiropractor. At first the 'adjustments' he made helped the pain decrease and then gradually the pain intensified. I made a plan to see a osteopath but in the meantime decided to wear the BeFit24. I wear it about 4 or 5 hours a day and helps significantly but the fit isn't exactly perfect, . I LOVE the unique design of the strap underarm pads, it doesn't cut into my tender underarm the way other braces have but the straps do cut into the "extra skin" across my upper back. The straps don't seem to be quite long enough to prevent this from happening. I think I could benefit from those straps being just a little longer. The straps that brace around my middle are cut plenty generous maybe too generous so I think my size chart measurement put me in the correct size. In summary, wearing this brace really does improve my posture, relieving the stress and strain caused by unconscious slumping. The additional brace up the spine and the wrap around the lower back add more support to the spine and makes this an ideal solution for me - except for the length of the chest straps.

3 stars because it does support and keep back straight. It also tugs at shoulders when I slouch and reminds me to straighten up. Downside is I measured myself according to the instructions and was in the large category. I ordered a large. It was too big. So, I returned it and ordered a medium; it is too small. I feel like Goldilocks and the 3 bears, searching for "just right." :) If there was a size that fit me appropriately, I would definitely be wearing it.

Shipping took ages. I had to wait weeks for it to ship and then another week to get it in the mail. However, the product itself was good. I tried it on the first couple of days for only 2-3 hours, while I was working at my desk. After I started getting more used to it, I gradually increased the wear time.The straps really did pull my shoulders back and made it very uncomfortable if I slouched even slightly. I have had problems with my posture since I was a child, and it caused me to have shoulder and back pain. I can tell that this brace truly is helping with my posture.I do suggest looking at the instructions posted on the Amazon listing. The directions on the paper that came with the product may be a bit confusing. I will say that sizing truly matters. I can tell that if I had gotten a smaller or larger size, it would have not been as effective. I recommend measuring yourself very carefully before ordering.It will be uncomfortable the first few times of wearing it, but that's because your body is not used to sitting up straight. If you have had bad posture for years, like I have, your muscles will take time to adjust. I had to give it a few wears before getting used to it.

I was skeptical, but also desperate to fix my posture so I took a chance on this. I'm glad I did, it has not only helped with my posture, but when I am not wearing it, I am more aware of how I hold myself, which is leading to a better overall experience. I'm happy with the results I've had in just a few times wearing it. It is easy to use and put on, and while it is slightly uncomfortable, I think the discomfort is internal rather than the actual brace. I have noticed the soreness in my shoulders, but its from my awareness, so it is a good sign to me that this is working. I would recommend to anyone that sits at a desk staring at a computer all day and has noticed changes in their posture.

It doesn't look as simple to put on as I see in pictures. I'm not sure if I got the right one. I can't figure it out.

Even though this is exactly what I was told by my physical therapist to use, I have to give it four stars (not five) because of the complicated instructions for usage. First, I tried to figure it out on my own (instructions come with different "models") as the sticky parts became entangled. Then, I asked the nurse's aid who we currently have in the house for a sick family member, and she and I still couldn't do it. Finally, I took it to my PT who also found it complicated but finally figured it out. Clearer visual instructions, pls!

I received the BeFit24 posture corrector within 4 business days and am very happy with it. I ordered a size 2 which is for a waist size up to 35 inches and it is a little to tight so I am going to try a large. The posture corrector is very well made and will hold your shoulders back it has two stays down the back. I have Scoliosis so my upper back is hunched over and I think that this brace will help. I have another brace but it hurts under the arms and does not help at all. The posture corrector does not hurt your under arms at all. I am so happy that I ordered it. This posture corrector is very easy to put on and does have directions. I rated this a 5 because I have looked at other braces and they do not compare with this one and the company has returned my emails that very day. Very good posture corrector and company.

I bought this on the second day the befit posture corrector start to collapse. as you can see on my photo very disappointed for what i pay for. after third day i feel this product don't have the strength to hold my back as if there was no help and worse of all area near your shoulders the skin will rub against the product and cause pain . I'm sorry to write this but i don't suggestion to get it

After a lot of research about available options for braces, i finally decided to pick the BeFit24 Posture Corrector. It is surely high priced as compared to similar options available in the market , some even 10 times lower.The delivery was timely and the package was delivered as expected. The instructions were straight forward, but I thought some more inputs/ images of where to place it on the body would have been helpful.On the first day i used it for a couple of hours. Surprisingly there wasn't any distress or discomfort. From second day onwards I have been using it from morning 9 to 5 during my office hours. it is absolutely comfortable and now feels almost part of my body. after about 15 day's of use now, there is noticeable reduction in my back pain, and my posture seems to have improved slightly. I am sure something that I have spoilt for the last 15 years wont fix in 15 days and I am more than happy to keep wearing it consistently.I'd recommend this product to others as well. Some discount and some more instructions on its usage for each height type will help tremendously.

Really comfy to wear. And it doesn't make you stand like military, it gives you a natural healthy standing position. I ordered a size two as I'm a size 10 top and the bands are slightly too big but the Velcro still fastens. Overall happy with the price as it's great quality aswell.

I am an IT Programmer hence I have a bad sitting posture ;).I bought this belt based on the reviews. It corrects your posture immediately and back pain (from bad posture) just vanishes. It is uneasy to put it even for 15 minutes in the beginning but daily use will increase you time.I just loved it.2nd Review in Mar 20192nd Review after 2.5+ years since I purchased itIt is just an update to my previous review including pics and a video.Even after 2.5 years of purchase, this still the best thing for my back, shoulder and posture. I haven't been very regular but it works wonders when I wear it. I could easily give 6 stars out of 5 but it is not possible.

Took some time to review item properly. To keep it brief, it's good but also has its drawbacks. Comfort is medium, as it gets difficult to wear for more that 20/30 mins as both straps wrap around the belly, unless you order a size up. Definite improvements noticed, but another drawback is how the Velcro sticks to itself and the textile constantly, especially when trying to put it on, making annoying. Sometimes need to try 4-5times to get it right.Once on, the straps were comortable and brace worked well.

I have found this product highly beneficial. My posture has improved and I now feel that even when bending forward or sitting down, my back is straight due to wearing the posture corrector. I recommend this product to anyone who has a tendency to slouch. Don't be put off by the appearance of the product because who cares what it looks like if you're in your house, and it can be worn underneath your clothes when you're out. It's comfortable and surprisingly easy to put on. Not irritating under the armpits like some reviews suggest. Wear this for a few hours in your daily routine and you will see big improvements in your posture.
