This looks so stylish and is so easy to use. The plastic looks strong and sturdy and stainless steel cover gives it a sleep look. It’s a great of size and fits in with the bathroom beautifully. Also very lightweight. It dispenses a good amount of soap.

I was looking for a soap dispenser for my bathroom and have had quite a search until I found this one. The problem I have found is that a lot of soap dispensers are ceramic or glass and having had a cracked sink because of one before I didn’t want to go down that road again. The other options were very cheap and nasty plastic dispensers so I was really pleased to find this, which is a far better option in my opinion. It is made by Joseph Joseph, who always seem to make good quality products. It is easy to fill as it has a wide opening and it’s more hygienic because you can press down using your wrist. It’s quite sturdy and doesn’t move around on the side of the sink. My bathroom is white and silver and it looks really good but it’s neutral enough to go with most colour schemes. I am really happy with this soap dispenser and definitely recommend it.

I blatantly ignored all the negative reviews about it not working because I really liked the unique style, and it would match my J&J sink tidy perfectly, so I ordered it in the hope that I would be one of the lucky ones that it worked for. So I filled it and pumped... and pumped... and pumped... and nothing. Nothing came out. When I took the pump out there was no soap in it so it wasn't even sucking any soap up to dispense. This is what I did, and it worked... I put the pump in a bowl of warm water and pumped it for a while to test that it would work, which it did, with water. I then pumped all the water out and put it back in the soap filled unit and... nothing. It still didn't work with the soap. So I put the pump back in the water and pumped it again a few times to get water flowing through it, but this time I didn't pump the water out before putting the dispenser back in the soap filled unit, and this time it worked. I pumped and the water started coming out, and then soap started coming out. And three days on soap is still coming out. I don't know the science behind this but it obviously got some sort of vacuum/suction going and once the soap was drawn into the dispenser it carried on. It remains to be seen if it lasts, but it seems to be a fix for now at least. And it does look good.

I was initially put off of this by a lot of negative reviews, however my wife had seen it in a shop and wanted one. We're really pleased with it, the lid turns and opens easily, it stores a decent amount of liquid soap, and the pump is good, it dispenses a good amount on your hand. The bottom of the dispenser is clear plastic so you can see how much liquid is left. If I had a negative it would be that for £15 it probably is a bit expensive for what it is, as it is only a basic plastic shell, not particually sturdy premium plastic, but I guess your paying a premium for the brand name engraved on the top. Overall very pleased, and would recommend this.

I didn't scan the full reviews before I purchase, only the average star rating. I wish I had, as this is a truly terrible product. Aside from the fact that it is functionally poor (the spout is too small and needs to overhang the body of the unit more), it is unbelievably flimsy. I bought three as we have just moved into a new house, and two broke within days - the same fault many reported here - the internal spout comes apart, and when you try and replace it, it fails to then draw up any soap. I've suggested to Amazon that they should withdraw this product from sale, as it is dreadful and not fit for purpose. Customer service from Amazon stellar as always though, and have allowed me to return with no issues. This is the first product I've ever bought from Joseph Joseph, and it'll be the last.

I read the reviews before purchasing but decided to order it anyway. The reviewer who says it's a poor quality product because she didn't know how to open it is wrong: the product doesn't come with opening instructions but there is an arrow underneath the top of the pump showing which direction to turn to open and, after a twist in the right direction, the top lifts off for easy filling. It's true that you need to place your hand under the outlet when dispensing but that shouldn't be a problem unless maybe it's being used for washing up liquid. I'm using mine for liquid hand wash. There is no viewing gauge down the side to show the level of liquid but the bottom of the item shows how much liquid is left in the dispenser and, if you have a refill bottle available, it shouldn't be a problem. Yes, it's a bit pricey but it's good quality plastic and we're paying for the brand. Addendum: I've been using this for a few weeks now and my initial delight has turned to irritation with the product because the top of the dispenser, where the actual outlet is, is not marked clearly enough to indicate where the soap will come out. Also unless you put your hand fully under the spout and wipe it cleanly with your hand as you withdraw, the handwash can run down the body. I keep having to clean it. The pump is sturdy and looks good but I've reduced my rating down to 3 stars as I've decided I wouldn't buy this again. Nor, having used it for a while now, would I recommend it.

So easy to fill, bought another one as they are so good & looks fab, dispenses the perfect amount of soap in one press,, got one in the bathroom and one in the kitchen

A mio parere tutti i prodotti della marca Joseph Joseph sono di ottima qualità. Questo portasapone oltre ad essere esteticamente gradevole (io lo tengo sul lavello della cucina e la cucina è a vista) è anche funzionale: comodo da riempire perché il buco è ampio e pratico da usare in quanto si può premere schiacciando con il polso. Ciò risulta utile perché non si sporca o "contamina" con le mani. La parte più larga in acciaio si può pulire facilmente e non resta macchiata con goccioline di acqua (questa era la mia preoccupazione). Lo consiglio! Io ho un arredamento moderno ma secondo me si adatta a qualsiasi stile perché è minimal, di certo è esteticamente più bello e più funzionale rispetto ai dosatori del supermercato.

El producto es tal como se ve en las imágenes. Es robusto y hecho con materiales de buena calidad. Es de plástico y acero. La parte de abajo es transparente por lo que se puede ver cuando se está agotando el jabón. El pico dosificador es práctico ya que es amplio. El diseño es moderno pero a su vez con colores clásicos por eso queda bien en cualquier parte. Estoy conforme con el producto aunque me resulta un poco costoso ya que no deja de ser un dispensador de jabón, que hay miles de opciones y a todo tipo de precio.
