I have to say that these socks work like a charm. They do not impede flow through the skimmers and catch so much stuff, including dog hair, that it’s hard to imagine what the filtering system had to deal with before we started using these two seasons ago. They will always be in our pump house. I even reuse them a couple times after I give them a good hosing off. They are simple to fit over the skimmer basket and keep their shape as the elastic top keeps them in place. Very good product.

Used in pool skimmer - they do a great job particularly on pollens and small bits. I found these to be even more durable (use for a week, just empty and or scrape pollen off) than similar item that I (used to) purchase from pool supply or big box store at about $12 for a 5 pack
