I’ve been taking this product for 2.5 months and I just got my blood work results back. To be honest, without a proper diet I'm impressed. I went from a 6.7 A1c with an average Glucose rang of 146 to a 6.1 A1c with an average Glucose range of 128. I've been taking 1300mg of this product once a day.

I purchased for my health, but the black pepper is so upsetting! I have to get one without that. If you have any type of stomach issues it will flare it up Can’t say if worked or not
