No chance!
We purchased two of these based on the reviews to take with us to the Bahamas.Only one of the cameras worked, the other just had a black screen and the aperture wouldn't open except for the first few minutes of being turned on. After that, just two lines down the screen. You couldn't even turn it off, having to remove the batteries. We are getting a few pics, but would have been nice if both cameras worked.UPDATE 04/08/16 Now both cameras are doing the same thing. We did use the cameras in the water at no depth grater than 3 feet and for no longer than 30 minutes. These were purchased months before our trip and used outside with no problems. They were also used in the rain and have gotten completely submerged in tap water. Seems the issue must be sea water. Our photos of our trip were severally limited due to these crappy cameras. If you do plan to buy a waterproof camera, I would suggest the geekpro GeekPro 4.0 Sport Action Camera 2inch Sports Video WIFI Cam 12MP Underwater Camcorder 1080P Wrist 2.4G Wireless RF Remote Control Portable Carrying Bag

An ok camera, I guess, but not for me.
This was given to me as a gift. I inserted the batteries, took and examined test shots on the computer. I am returning it. First the tiny latch for the battery/microSD card compartment was very difficult for me to open, even using a tiny tool. Second this is a fixed focus camera, no autofocus. Taking a macro photo requires finding the precise focus and holding that distance while pressing the shutter release. But the real deal killer: when enlarged, there were lines and groups of bright pixels, possibly because of oversharpening. Probably not a problem for snapshots and posting, but they show in enlarged photos and post-processing. Bottom line: Likely decent enough for snapshots at the pool, beach and rough conditions but is not suitable for my kind of photograph.

Easy functioning camera
Pretty cool little camera. Decent picture quality. Haven't had a chance to upload the pictures to a computer yet.Pros-Dual display screen-Easy functions to understand-DurableCons-flash takes a few seconds to recharge before you can reuse the flash again. The features are very easy to figure out. My 8yr old son figured out how to function the camera very quick. Can't go wrong getting this camera for your kids.

No.
I have very few photos from my dream vacation because of this piece of crap. Multiple error messages. When it actually works, the photos are terrible.

Takes a little bit of reading and playing with to understand how it works, as well as any new gadget. The pictures I have taken a few pictures seem out of focus, really light. So this must be geared for more underwater use then land use. You can take selfies with this camera, which typically is only done with smartphones that I am aware of. From my understanding the pictures are of VGA format as opposed to digital which is what I am use to is what makes a difference. Pictures to me are not as sharpClear, crisp,
