These are comfortable for all day wear and I now own enough pairs to stop buying disposable panty-liners at the store. They are much better than the cotton panty made by the same company. I needed something for protection while running. These aren't terrific for long intense exercise sessions because the panty isn't made of "technical wear" fabric, so I wouldn't run a marathon in them. However, they are adequate for an hour's run or an hour in the gym and it is far more comfortable to exercise wearing these than while wearing a pad.UPDATE - after wearing these for about a year, I noticed that I needed to change panties mid-day. The problem wasn't my that my bladder leakage was getting heavier. The problem was that these become less absorbent over time. I did follow washing instructions carefully.now I am using these  Hyper Shield Groin Sweating Pad  which is exactly what I went looking for in the first place (I don't know that they existed when I was looking then.

not the best quality but fit well. I have purchased others that were great. haband has a great selection and offer them in a packageof 3 or 6 pairs

Not suitable for men.

Product great, but only one in package, not two as advertized. I believe I was charged for 4 but only got two.

I tried several kinds at the same time. These are my favorite. Most comfortable and normal looking and suit my purposes well.
