These sandles were a great buy! I am able to create and design so many different styles depending on what I'm wearing. It is super convenient for travel, as all I need to do is take one pair of sandals and I can have a different looking sandal each day! It's also extremely convenient that you can buy different color straps. I ordered the same size as my normal shoes, and it fits perfectly. The base of the sandal is extremely well made and they will definitely hold up better than any sandals I have had in the past. Worth the price given that they are very versatile and they will last. Highly recommend!

These are interesting. I bought them to try for part of my Renaissance outfit. I did not go back to the fair after purchasing these. They will get tried out this year, but I did try various combinations of how to wrap the string. I will update once I have actually walked in them.They are just soles with a string thing (like a ribbon but thicker). How you wrap the string is up to you. There are things to put the string through on the soles (see pictures).

Velvet: These sandals are more comfortable with every wear. I really I've hoe I can change the style by adapting and changing the laces to fit jeans, shorts or dresses. I anticipate will be wearing these all summer. They are very easy to pack for traveling and by having several laces, I can change the style and look. I love the video tutorials because I'm usually not good at following instructions. But the most surprising thing is that TOJ products are handcrafted by indigenous artisans. I love social entrepreneurship so I'll be buying more of these.

I love these! If you don't mind doing a minor arts and crafts project when you put your shoes on, you will probably dig these. I wore them for several hours (with the leather straps ordered seperately) on the first go with no discomfort at all.I am tts sz 7, ordered the size 7 (eu38) and they fit great. My feet are on the wide side and these are plenty accommodating!My only hang up is that some lacing styles that start like flip flops between the ties can kind of pull your toes apart a bit. I prefer the skinnier leather straps for that look. The fabric straps are fun for trying the more complicated designs.Compliments galore every time I wear them out! I highly recommend these.

Absolutely loved these sandals!! So versatile - you can arrange the straps in tons of different styles. The material is sturdy and high quality - the color is exactly as pictured. The sandals are ridiculously comfortable too - I can't wait to wear these all spring and summer!

These shoes are awesome. They are comfortable and are adorable!! I have only worn them around the house so not sure how they will wear/ware after they've been worn a while, but I'm very happy I bought them!

Love these sandals and their versatility. Perfect for travelling! They are very easy to pack (take almost no space in my backpack) and I love the fact that I can change the colors of the straps (will need to purchase some more colors). For me, it was convenient that the straps could be removed completely so that I could wash them (also good for light colors) but be careful not to lose them!The only thing I would add are instructions (not just pictures) of the different ways to have the straps and possibility to purchase different materials for the straps.

Love my new sandals. Walked around in them for a few hours and it almost feels like not having shoes on at all. Love that you can change up the look with the laces.
