Marginal game at best
I like the idea of this game as decade-targeted trivia is more fun than the days of general trivia pursuit. Unfortunately, this game lacks in the following areas:1. Cheap packaging and unimaginative board. When most $30+ games have quality game pieces, cards, etc., the materials that were used for this game represent the bare minimum of what is acceptable for this price-class of game. The game pieces are cheap, plastic posts and the board has little eye-appeal with printing registration problems.2. While most of the questions are decade-appropriate, about 20% are not. Also, some of the questions are poorly written so the query must be read twice in order to properly communicate what the card is asking. It gives me the feeling that the researchers/card-drafters were on a deadline and really cut corners on many of the questions.3. Few game cards: Though there are 6 questions per card, there are few cards that come with the game. The package includes two boxes of cards but neither box is full. In fact, when I opened the game for the first time, I had to search for the plastic bag that contained the dice and game markers because they were actually inside one of the card boxes. Once removed, the card box is barely half-full. I don't know if they came out with a booster box for questions but in light of the fact that the game comes with a smaller amount of cards, I anticipate the need for more cards in the near future. The second card box, is also only 60% full.--> Overall, I think the game is cheap. It's fun to be reminded of a lot of the 90's trivia but on balance, this game leaves a lot to be desired - especially considering the price.

Really fun for pop culture junkies and 90's kids
I played this with my best friend from elementary school, my husband, my sister, and my brother-in-law. My friend and I had a blast and beat everyone else by a mile! My husband (a Brit), my sister (not into pop culture) and bro-in-law (in his late 40's) did not enjoy the game as much. Trivial Pursuit this is NOT, the questions I can recall answering had to do with American TV shows such as Perfect Strangers and Friends, and maybe some 'political' questions about Bill Clinton. I'd say if you're really into pop culture and/or grew up in the US during 90's you'll get a kick out of this game, but if you're looking for something more challenging or "high brow" or if you were alive in the 90's but didn't pay that much attention to pop culture than this is not for you.

Challenging and Fun
The 90's Game is a continuation of the series. It is just as much fun as the others but the questions seem a lot harder or more likely I just wasn't paying as much attention during the 90's. We play the game per the instructions but sometimes we just sit around the table or in the living room and pull cards and ask questions at random. To me this is the most fun because it spurs conversation and discussion without the confines of playing a game. Either way it is a great game!

LOVE THIS GAME
As children of the 90's, my friends and I absolutely love playing this game. This game is so much better than Trivial Pursuit because you don't have to answer questions from every category correctly to win the game, so it makes the game move along quicker. Up to six players can play or you can have teams which we do often. Everyone I introduce to this game gets hooked so it is great for parties!

Question are way to hard and too detailed.
The game Idea is fun, I love the 90's but when your asked questions that are harder than those on Jeopardy and so obscure that a group of 12 people that loves 90's games, and no one knows, or close to an answer there is a problem. We ended up just going trough the questions and finding realistic questions to ask each other. So the game could not even be played.

We had the 80's game and loved it and this game is just as fun especially if you grew up in the 90's. It is a long game to play. It takes an hour or two depending on how many players.

I expected the questions to be more fun, a bit easier and less obscure
I expected the questions to be more fun, a bit easier and less obscure. All four of the players agreed that the difficulty level was high and the questions didn't have that "oh yeah...I remember that" type of effect which should result in laughing.
